Very thorough and helpful. I especially like how you can flip the object around on each screen.

It is a very nice grill. The only problem is the griddle is warped. You cook on it and the front left side pops way up and all the grease goes to the right side in the back. Have tried everything to fix it.

this is a must have for the big daddy on your home east to use and makes cooking for many east my favorite so far is breakfast just get it you won’t find a better bargain and quality for the $

Spent a year researching before purchasing my outdoor griddle for the house. Kept going back and forth between black stone and this one. Finally pulled the trigger and bought myself one for Father’s Day, and as a person who’s never used a real griddle, I am SO HAPPY with my purchase. Followed YouTube instructions for seasoning, cooking and cleaning. So far so good. First cook on it was bacon, burgers, vegetables, pancakes, and potatoes. Everything came out perfect. Do your research, and watch videos how to cook on a griddle and you will find “your way” to cook. I will be outside cooking 10times more than with my regular grill.

I absolutely love this griddle grill! It's high quality and stainless exterior made this an easy pick and it looks good on my patio. I converted it to Natural Gas with a Blackstone conversion kit and thread sealant on the orifices and this works like a $2000 grill. Easily seasoned, cooks evenly and I can cook anything on the griddle that you can cook on a grate type grill plus you can cook things on here that you can't on a grate type grill. We have cooked breakfast, lunch and supper with this and it has been a great buy. I hope Sams keeps stocking these in the future!!

I ordered this and after over a week of trying to schedule delivery with the shipper I ended up just cancelling the order. Every time I would schedule a delivery day, they would email me back and say that day filled up. I was really looking forward to this but after the shipping issues I was having I am not interested in having anything shipped again from Sam's club.

This was so easy to put together! My 16 year old daughter and I did it in under an hour. My husband will be surprised when he gets home. I can't wait to actually use it. I know, I hate when people review things before they've used it. But I'm feeling really accomplished right now.

Have only had it a couple of weeks and used it three times with each time being an unqualified success. Assembly was pretty simple, but they forgot to send two of the shelf brackets, so I am rolling with only one shelf. I texted them per the instructions but haven’t heard anything back. Guess I will call them since the shelves are very handy. Seasoning (which is hugely important) was easy and so far nothing has come close to sticking—including hash browns. I saw some reviews that they couldn’t get the griddle hot enough. I have not experienced that problem at all. Mine gets very hot! I haven’t cooked anything above the minimum setting on the controls and it still gets to 500 degrees with all the burners on. The five burners make things very easy to control and I love the grease drain at the front since it lets you see how full the trap is getting. A couple of things that have helped me. 1. An infrared thermometer really helps to see how hot the griddle actually is. It is not likely to be completely uniform across the griddle. 2. I bought the Blackstone two-pack of the large spatulas and very glad I did. Makes things very easy to handle and maneuver. Other than that, just follow the directions and enjoy the food!

Griddle is great so far but the delivery was horrible and customer service was awful! If my neighbor hadn't come over with his atv and cart the griddle would be still at bottom of my driveway which is pretty long. I called customer service and they could not understand that I wanted the delivery people to come back and bring it up to the garage. I had a hard time understanding them and after an hour on the phone and being transferred numerous times I gave up.

This is my first outdoor griddle, so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money until I was sure I really like using a griddle more than a grill. I purchased this griddle at the store and picked the least-damaged box so I would hopefully get an undamaged griddle. After putting it together and leveling the cooktop, I seasoned the griddle using grape seed oil because I read that works best. I repeated the seasoning process five times. Then I did an entire griddle of grilled onions, followed by bacon as recommended by some professionals. Since seasoning, I have cooked pancakes, ham, eggs, and steaks, and everything has turned out great. I sous vide my steaks, so I get a perfect sear on this griddle. Next I’m going to try paninis! Now for a few not-so-good things. When I was putting the griddle together, all was good until I went to put on the foldout prep trays. The box must have been dropped on the left-rear corner because the rear shelf bracket was loose and could not be tightened. The retaining nuts had been pulled out of the steel side. I managed to get them back in and it is mostly tight now. But then, when I went to put on the steel cooktop, that same corner was slightly higher because it had been bent upward slightly. I was able to level it though, using the leveling nuts. Also, after a few cooks, I have noticed the cooktop is slightly warped upward in the front-center and downward in the right-rear. It’s not enough to see in normal use, but easily measured with a level. As long as it doesn’t get worse, it should be fine. Overall, this griddle is a good value, and I already like cooking on it better than a grill. I’m sure I will be using it quite often for years to come.
