I bought this LG French Door refrigerator to replace an old side by side refrigerator that I had. This refrigerator has some great features....the Full Convert drawer, the craft ice feature and the door in door feature. The refrigerator has excellent lighting and everything is visible when standing at the door. I am very happy with my purchase.

The space is much better than I thought, enjoying the third door, and the ice choices is great. The counter depth works out great also, we had a larger frig but this one holds more items than our old one. We are totally satisfied with everything on this Frig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for 2 weeks and love it. It's very quiet; except when those pretty balls of ice drop! Can barely hear it running. Love the different compartments and how much longer my meats last without freezing. I love it! I also have the LG washer and dryer also beautiful products and have had no problems with them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well we haven't had it that long - roughly 2 weeks so I can't remark about performance too much. I can say that I love it - we had a refrigerator that was from 1986. This is just awesome. Love the space, the extra door for pop, the extra drawer that I can use for pop, lunch meats, water or just change temp and have an extra door for the freezer. Love the BALLS OF ICE. Havent figured out that yet - manual is complex but I'll get it soon. Love the outside, no finger prints. It's elegant looking, water tastes great - now I have a filter. My old one didn't have a filter. If this holds up as long as my old one, it would be fantastic....thank you LG.

Craft ice is a show stopper when having friends over for cocktails . Don't be alrmed if it takes a couple days before you start seeing the Craft ice. Completely normal. Will be buying other LG products in the future.

I love the large round ice cubes, especially in this heat as the ice does not melt as fast as the smaller cubes. I love having the option of turning the drawer into a freezer. I also like that I can change a shelf so I can put large items on a shelf. Love the door in door so that I have what I use the most in there.

Bought this refrigerator because of it being counter depth and having both door and craft ice makers. The ice makers are great when they are working - but we have already had to replace the door ice maker (3 weeks without ice!) and have had issues with the craft ice maker where it just stops making ice and needs to be reset. This is the second LG refrigerator that we have had to replace the ice maker within the first year - we expected better quality from LG.

We've had it for about 1 year and it is AMAZING! Having a 4 door French with drinks drawer has changed how our family uses our fridge. The Condiment area is great because we don't have to open a sealed/main door to get Pickles, Olives, Jam, Salad Dressing. Lots of versatile shelf space/drawers and temperature is reliable. Craft Ice is a favorite and we use it everyday. The door ice is next level as well because it frees up shelf space. Our kids can access the drink drawer without opening the main fridge. All-in-all, this fridge is a great buy to go with our LG ThinQ Washer and Dryer!

This was extremely painful since we had just gone through that with the LG refrigerator we replaced with this new unit. New compressor was installed 11 days later. Lost contents of freezer during that time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having our old fridge for 19;yrs it was time for an upgrade. Absolutely love our new one. Some of the features I like most are the drawer that can be freezer or refrigerator, the door you can open for most used items without opening the whole refrigerator. We love the crafted ice. It does take a long time to produce but so fun to have big balls as a treat of ice. I could go on and on. So far love it and the water taste is a wonderful surprise. Thank you!
