[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and good use of space in the fridge. The lower freezer drawer does not pull out very far though so this makes storage more challenging. The upper ice maker works well but does run out of ice fairly easily. Love the craft ice - when it's working - not working at the moment so awaiting service.

Had this for 7 months now. We generally like it a lot but it has some issues. The middle drawer will not extend fully out and service has been unable to assist via telephone and the local repair person has yet to contact us. The craft ice bin is bigger than anyone would need it to be and it tales space from the freezer. The craft ice balls are way too big, almost 2" in diameter. The smaller ice maker will stop making ice if the upper cubes get frozen together and that means emptying the bin and starting over. Perhaps if we used more daily ice this would not happen. The upper interior drawer in the freezer does not move out far enough and can get in the way of access to the lower since when you open the freezer, that tray comes out even if you do not want it to. Very quite except wen it is dropping ice. Some of the door bins re a tiny bit too shallow since they will not fit a soda/beer can. And some of them are a little short and will not fit a beer bottle, about 1/4" short.

The shelves in the fridge are to close together for taller bottles and fridge items were forced to lay alot of stuff down, both ice makers broke waiting 2 months of owning the refrigerator, the freezer drawer does not open far enough to get items in and out easily, the best part about this is the separate external drawer,

We love the door-in-door feature for easy access to our most used items, the full convert drawer that can change temperatures depending on what we need to store, and the craft ice is a huge plus & perfect for our cocktails. We would highly recommend this LG fridge! Thank you!!

We bought this in July of Covid, and then moved to an apartment with a refrigerator already provided. We insisted on bringing our LG because we are so happy with it. So many uses for the craft ice, and the wine drawer feature is invaluable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator for all the features like the French doors, middle convertible drawer and the easy access door on the top right side. All those features have lived up to our expectations. Turns out we also love the craft ice balls. The only problem we have had is the alarm for door open malfunctioned and there is no way to turn it off until it is fixed, and there are no troubleshooting steps to address this. Fortunately service was great and LG sent someone out to fix it. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone - love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for a couple weeks now. The quick door feature is great. Lots of storage room. Full convert drawer is incredible. Only thing to be aware of is that the craft ice only makes ice every 24 hours and they are not truly/fully round. But should be close enough for most people.

I bought the fridge on July 7, 2023 and was delivered almost three weeks later. I'm not very computer savy and the tech dept was wonderful and walked me thru getting online in my phone with ThinQ. So far, I am thrilled with my purchase!!!I bought the counter depth and it fits perfectly. The craft ice is a nice added feture... Very pleased with my purchase!!! Would not hesitate to recommend this fridge to anyone...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really disappointed. I was hoping to get a great fridge after doing a lot of reviews, but it has been a huge disappointment. It has really poor temperature control, and the compressor noise is awful. I had a tech come out already but he acted like it was fine. It's not fine... I have my thermostat set to 35 F but the inside regularly gets up to 43 F as verified by calibrated and buffered thermometers. The layout, look, ice maker etc. are all great though. if the temp control and compressor noise weren't bad this would be a 5/5.

I never thought updating my old refrigerator would make this much of a difference. This refrigerator has ice (3 different types), water dispenser and door in door. My favorite feature is the drawer that allows you to change temperature settings to store food at different temperatures. Anything from chilled wine at 41 degrees, deli meats 38 degrees, cold drinks 33 degrees or make it a freezer drawer! I LOVE IT and prefer LG appliances!! Very reliable in my experience.
