[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and good use of space in the fridge. The lower freezer drawer does not pull out very far though so this makes storage more challenging. The upper ice maker works well but does run out of ice fairly easily. Love the craft ice - when it's working - not working at the moment so awaiting service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We looked for months at different four/five door refrigerators. We purchased the LG Door in Door and initially questioned the freezer space, but learned the options of this refrigerator and now love the feel and space this provides.

Love this fridge, and love the drink door and craft ice cubes. We got the counter depth, knowing our son will be out of the house soon, so it wont be a problem, but it is a bit stuffed right now. Top freezer drawer is nice for a baker, who occasionally needs to freeze sheets of dough, or for parties when you need to refrigerate extra stuff. changing from freezer to fridge in the drawer is fantastic. One thing-it took the water quite a long time to taste normal, in ice cubes and water itself. We really started to get worried. But we stuck it out and are really happy with it.

The refrigerator is absolutely beautiful and the counter depth option looks amazing. Plenty of room and ways to adjust shelves to fit your needs. I also love the two ice options craft ice and cubed. Having the middle drawer that can be used to refrigerate or freeze will come in very handy for the holidays when more food space is needed weather I need more space for frozen or refrigerator. I am also very happy with the easy to clean feature of the black steel color I chose. I couldn't be happier with all my LG appliances. I have had my LG washer and dryer for 12 years and never a problem. Thank you LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the separate door to access things most commonly used. I love the full convert drawer. Easy access and really keeps things organized. I needed to buy the counter depth version. This limits the space for tall items in the refrigerator compartment. That reason, plus the section for the custom ice limit the freezer section. Note: Plan ahead for custom ice, it is very slow....but I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Fridge. The craft ice option is fun when having guests over and did not think I would even use it but I use it every day. We also love the "door-in-door" feature for those items we use frequently. The ThinQ app makes it easy to know if you leave the door open and when the ice drops--just a fun feature! Make sure you measure the thickness of doors as we had to get the 2" thick doors because the 4" doors hit the side wall. LG all the way!

It had such great features like the door in door & convertible 4th drawer that l wanted to go for it. I’m so glad we bought this 4 door fridge… l love it & will never go back to side by side again!! There is so much room inside even with it being counter depth. The door in door is great for large beverage containers. I can fit my gallon containers in the door without it taking away valuable inside space! The ice machine is awesome!! Not only do l get the amazing craft ice but the crushed ice is just perfect! L had heard so many good things about the ice system! Actually that was the tipping point in going with this model! All in all I’m thrilled with this refrigerator & would buy it again anytime!! Go for it!! Highly recommend!!

We just had to replace the craft ice maker but LG was very responsive and sent a technician to change out the ice maker without issue. My mom liked our fridge so much, she bought one for herself.

Based on our 100% love for the LG washer and dryer we own, we bought this LG with high expectations. But the craft ice maker breaks after a time when ice refuses to drop from the tray and makes loud bangs attempting to eject them. We're having the ice unit replaced, but based on many other reviews, it's a defective design and will break again. Total shame because we love everything else about this fridge. Great design that is very flexible. We love the drawer that can refrigerate or freeze. We love the inner\outer door where common items can be grabbed without opening the whole door. We love the looks too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fridge is the best configuration I've ever had. I love the drawers. However er after 3years the compressor failed. Although it was covered y warranty after that it would not make ice. Three visits from the repairman later it now works again. I thought LG was made better than that
