[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this refrigerator! I bought it because the french doors and it had the smaller ice plus craft ice. I love the door in door feature we had this on another fridge and missed it! The regular ice cubes are smaller than the norm and the crush ice is so fast and reminds me of my nugget ice maker. The craft ice I was expecting it to be smaller but I actually love the big balls of ice! Can't wait to figure out the other features LOL but I know I will love them all!

The space is much better than I thought, enjoying the third door, and the ice choices is great. The counter depth works out great also, we had a larger frig but this one holds more items than our old one. We are totally satisfied with everything on this Frig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advertised features perform excellently. Middle drawer flexibility is a welcome addition to our house, giving us options we’ve never had before. French doors give easy and complete access to upper refrigerator. Kids love the craft ice feature and is very handy when entertaining. Only criticism is the in-door ice maker. Bucket is not very large and when completely full, ice cubes can soften when door is continuously opened and then refreeeze causing a hang up from making further cubes.

We upgraded our appliances to black stainless about a month ago. We are long time LG people. The quality and functionality of LG appliances is amazing. This refrigerator has exceeded our expectations. The door in door feature is so handy. The interior not only is stunning it is so easy to keep clean. We are enjoying the craft ice, but wish the container was small allowing for more freezer room. We are also liking the convertible drawer it is great for butter, cheese and yogurt. Overall we would highly recommend this refrigerator.

Although I like the layout and most of the features of this refrigerator/freezer, there are a few things that I had with my old one which I miss. I would like to see the actual temperature of the refrigerator and freezer shown instead of that what it is set to. I would also like to have it on some type of rollers, which would make it easier to pull out when cleaning behind.

But it is a neat feature. Replaced a larger refrigerator but holds everything we need. Easy to find everything quickly. Like the extra door for often used items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sort of backed into this because fridge I originally ordered(ge) didn’t come in after waiting 6 months! Had seen this model at my daughters, thought it was nice, and was lucky enough to find one at Best Buy. And am I glad I did! Love it….spacious, well thought out, looks good. One the negative side, my ice rounds aren’t perfectly round(tsk-tsk) and I can’t hook into my wifi…but don’t know what I, personally, would do,with it if I did(can’t play games on the fridge)….would recommend it(and have) to any and all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long wait for delivery, we are now using the refrigerator. Love the counter depth, and storage, the craft ice does not seem to work well -- very slow production. We had to unplug a number of times to reset the ice makers

Bought this refrigerator because of it being counter depth and having both door and craft ice makers. The ice makers are great when they are working - but we have already had to replace the door ice maker (3 weeks without ice!) and have had issues with the craft ice maker where it just stops making ice and needs to be reset. This is the second LG refrigerator that we have had to replace the ice maker within the first year - we expected better quality from LG.
