[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a refrigerator to go in our brand new house. I have always had a side by side fridge &was reluctant to try this 4 door one. It had such great features like the door in door & convertible 4th drawer that l wanted to go for it. I’m so glad we bought this 4 door fridge… l love it & will never go back to side by side again!! There is so much room inside even with it being counter depth. The door in door is great for large beverage containers. I can fit my gallon containers in the door without it taking away valuable inside space! The ice machine is awesome!! Not only do l get the amazing craft ice but the crushed ice is just perfect! L had heard so many good things about the ice system! Actually that was the tipping point in going with this model! All in all I’m thrilled with this refrigerator & would buy it again anytime!! Go for it!! Highly recommend!!

We are enjoying the new feature with the right side door with its options. Not having to completely open both doors is a time saver as well as helps keep the interior cold. The craft ice maker is "cool" as the balls of ice last longer in a glass of liquid. It's nice to no longer have to worry about fingerprints all over the outside of the doors.

I thought the door within a door would be confusing, but I love it to get frequently used condiments and drinks. The small middle drawer is great for beverages as well so I don't have to expose food to the room air. The craft ice cubes a great to use as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is wonderful. Love the outside door for milk and ice tea. My favorite is the craft ice that’s perfect for my water bottles. Even though it’s counter depth, it’s really roomy inside and the flex drawer comes in handy. Can’t go wrong with this one!

My refrigerator is only a year and four months however it stopped working. Prior to this issue it worked great but apparently there was an electrical short in the icemaker door causing numerous issues that are still not resolved. As of today, it has not worked for 2 weeks and 2 days - more parts ordered and repair coming again tomorrow. Honestly I think it is too new to have significant problems like this and I sinchope it us repaired tomorrow. My rating above is based on the fridge when it worked.

So far I absolutely love the refrigeration part of this appliance. Well lit….easy to access everything. Love the door in door feature, which I wasn’t so sure of before purchasing. Love the draw feature. We currently using it solely for refrigerated goods, and it is awesome for those leftover containers that usually take up so much space in the regular compartment. Not as crazy about the freezer. Have not utilized any ice yet, as the smell and taste ruin whatever I’m drinking….hoping that will go away with time. Don’t really like the way the 2 freezer drawers do not operate independently- meaning why does the top draw have to come out when I only need to access the bottom area. Also, a little more thought could go into separating the freezer into compartments so that you can access specific items more easily. Overall 7 stars for the refrig part…..3 or 4 for the freezer and ice making portions, but a vast improvement over my old refrigerator!! Thanks for asking!

The top drawer, which we also love, can be converted into a freezer or a number of refrigerator options holds their ice cream novelty products and easy to reach. Custom ice for the grownups for drinks and separate storage containers for fruits and vegetables.

Although it was covered y warranty after that it would not make ice. Three visits from the repairman later it now works again. I thought LG was made better than that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been enjoying this refrigerator for months now, we have so much space to store our food, i am amazed by thr middle compartment where you can change from chilling to freezing. I love this product.

Love this refrigerator. Convenient, flexible accessible. Unfortunately, 2 negatives: 1) Craft ice maker stopped working after 3 months and still trying to get it to work. Software update did not fix it so likely i have to thaw the entire freezer to get it working again. 2) The door device to fill the space between the two french doors is very sensitive and does not always close when the doors close.
