[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We evaluated many refrigerators and selected the LG. The features were the best we saw, and fit our needs well. The retractable shelf in the main refrigerator is perfect for tall containers. The flexibility of changing the middle drawer from refregerator to freezer is helpful. The door-in-door is a great energy-saving feature to access frequently-used items. The stainless-steel finish does reduce finger prints. The styling is attractive and contemporary. And how could I not comment about the ice ball feature. Our grandchildren make a beeline to them for their drinks when they visit. They keep you drink cold for longer than cubed ice. The only negative comment is about the cubed ice maker. Because it is only the two of us living here, the cubed ice fuses together after a couple weeks and must be carefully chipped apart. A minor inconvenience, but overall we love the frig!

We purchased the refrigerator little over a year ago. Aside from the Craft Ice maker, the refrigerator is great. Truly like the door within door feature. Also the fingerprint resistant stainless steel exterior is great. Now for the disappointing aspect of the refrigerator; which is the Craft Ice maker. We are now on the fourth replacements. Not sure why LG hasn’t figured out the problem and initiated the appropriate fix. However I am pleased that LG has accepted responsibility for this problem and extended the warranty to 3 years on the Craft Ice maker.

The space is much better than I thought, enjoying the third door, and the ice choices is great. The counter depth works out great also, we had a larger frig but this one holds more items than our old one. We are totally satisfied with everything on this Frig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has more useable space than our previous larger unit. Ice production is a little slow but having 2 ice makers helps. One small ding in the finish already which can't be touched up or buffed out because of the type of material. It is not any quieter than our old one but it is only noticable in the quiet of the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We looked for months at different four/five door refrigerators. We purchased the LG Door in Door and initially questioned the freezer space, but learned the options of this refrigerator and now love the feel and space this provides.

Pros: Feels like a premium product. LOVE the convertible drawer for my younger kids to have a specific place to go for snacks. I like the ice maker, accessibility to the water filter, use of space in both the doors, and ability to clean the lower drawers so easily. Cons: I cannot get this product to connect, or even be detected by LG ThinQ app. I have an LG Washer and Dryer both connected without issue. I have ongoing dialog with LG about the issue, and would bump this review to 5-stars if this issue was resolved.

I was so pleased with our last LG refrigerator that was 15 years old and still working fine that I knew when we moved I would purchase another one. Congratulations to your engineers and IT developers and all your staff that made this item a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge just over a month ago and I’m in the love! Let me tell you why…. 1. The water dispenser is amazing and so handy for everyone! My kids love that they can select how much they want! I also love that the “water catcher” is a flat surface so it’s super easy to wipe down and clean! 2. The middle drawer that can be either a freezer or fridge. Hello! Genius! We use ours for drinks and let me tell you how cold and refreshing they are! 3. The little door that opens and allows you to easily grab a gallon of milk! Again, genius! Perfect for kids. My boys love this feature and they are no longer asking me to get the milk out for them because they can finally reach! 4. The big balls of ice. Need I say more? Okay, I will! I absolutely love these! I didn’t think I would but they have changed my world and the coldness of my drinks for life! 5. Smudges be gone! Seriously, I have 2 little boys who are constantly touching this fridge and there isn’t one fingerprint on it! Hallelujah! 6. Counter depth is the way to go! It looks so nice in my kitchen! I don’t know if you can tell or not but we love this fridge and would recommend it to anyone who is looking!

We were a little concerned until we read instructions and had to wait 48 hrs for regular sized ice to start forming. Had to read directions again for craft ice, figured it out, and love the craft ice Highly recommend this refrigerator
