[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has so many more options than our last one. We kept the old one for storage in the garage. We love the large round ice cubes the craft icemaker makes. Having the 2 drawers below is a definite advantage. Very pleased with the purchase of this LG refrigerator.

We wanted a model that had both the door-in-door and a flex door or drawer (because we don't use the freezer area too often) and this model fit the bill to a T. Then as a bonus, this model came with the "Craft Ice" maker which is surprisingly very useful and I just love it.

My only complaint is that the temperature as read on a thermometer fluctuates up and down about 6 degrees. That may or may not be normal for a modern refrigerator, I don’t know. My previous one was 29 years old and still held its temperature within 2-3 degrees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the unit, the specialty ice maker (round balls) are great for drinks, the convenient door within a door for common items that you use more often than others is awesome...however there are a couple smaller things that I personally believe could be better. The main doors, if you don't hold them all the way when closing slam pretty hard otherwise...On the inside the slide shelf is a nice feature but a little on the small side in my opinion, limiting what items could be stored in that area. And in the freezer, the sliding shelf is very small and doesn't open as nicely as some of the competitor models I looked at. And it is on rollers that if you open the drawer fast causes it to slam forward and the same when closing. As I said this feature was a concern when I was shopping and most certainly better in the competitor lines. With that being said the interior looks much better than the same competitors who's interiors looked very very cheap with their plastic rimmed selfing. The measured water features I didn't think I would have any use for UNTIL I went to do some cooking and had not unpacked my measuring cups lol....So I was forced to use it and actually see a usefulness that I didn't appreciate before! The small features I talk about as negatives are very minor and obviously did not stop me from this purchase....I just mention them to give the fridge a fair review....I would buy this product again without hesitation at this point

There is space galore and the small drawer being convertible from fridge to freezer is so convenient. My husband is in love with the craft icemaker. We had a few glitches but the LG team worked efficiently to resolve the problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge!!! The craft ice is great. It does take some time once you hook it up to start getting the craft ice, but it's worth the wait. I don't use the knock on the door to see but I do love the wifi capabilities of it and the middle drawer mixed use capabilities.

Love that I could switch the drawer from refrigerator to freezer. I wish it would fill a glass via a sensor instead of holding the glass as my GE did..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in January, keeping getting code that fan is frozen up, it’s not, chatted with LG and they decided to set up a technician to come out. On the day the appointment was scheduled nobody showed up only to find out they cancelled without notification, unfortunately there is nobody to talk to, it’s all automated, have another appointment scheduled fot 9/21/23, we will see

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was purchased replacing a poorly designed ice maker in another brand. Our new one is functioning very well . The counter depth was one of the features we needed for much needed space between. We liked the feature of two ice makers with larger ice cubes for the freezer section. The ice maker seems to be working without freezing up the water lines . We are enjoying the door in door concept but admits it takes some time to get use to. It certainly keeps from warming up the whole refrigerator. We have not used the converter to freezer drawer yet but like the concept.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new fridge for about 3 weeks now and love all the features, especially the flex drawer and craft ice. The flex drawer is a "cheese and wine drawer" for us because we love charcuterie. So much easier to get those big blocks of cheese from bulk stores in there! So far it's done a good job producing enough ice for the two of us and also when having a couple of people over. The quick access outer door is so handy and being able to get to those items from both sides is brilliant. The only design issue I would improve is the sliding drawer in the freezer, which does not pull all the way out when opening the drawer. It makes it harder to see everything in that drawer and it's not easy to remove the tray of craft ice cubes to create drinks. Overall, this is livable, but why I rated the model with 4 stars instead of 5.
