[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the LG for a few weeks now and I am very pleased with the purchase. We had a side by side so the french doors are perfect to see everything. I didn't know if I would like the door in door but now that I've used it I do like it. We really enjoy the full convert drawer. It hold a lot and works for us. And it seems that the entire inside is very brightly lit! We do like the two ice makers because my husband uses ice all day long. I had my doubts about the upper ice maker because it seemed small but it was one of the reasons we bought it because it was in the door. And it has kept up. I'm not a fan of the craft ice (size) but it's nice to have a second ice maker. The only negatives I found are 1) not a lot of space for tall containers. But you can adjust your shelves and give up some space. The door in door has room for big and tall containers. There might be a little less door storage space but you make up for it with the roomy inside. 2) no way that I've found to see what the actual temperatures are in the freezer and refrigerator. That would help to adjust the temp on the freezer. We're very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it about a month ago. We have 3 kids and the ice maker is so small it cant keep up. its pathetic. "Craft Ice" sounds great in the freezer, but it makes either 3, or 6 ice cubes, A DAY. Our previous Frigidaire Gallery had no problem keeping up in the door, and in freezer. This model is substantially smaller that most, so much wasted space in it.

I can honestly tell this new one we purchased recently is far more better than any other ones we ever had. It’s genius design refrigerator make every task easier and convenient. It runs smooth, quiet , efficient. We can adjust function , temperature depending on timely need. Looks beautiful and clean with no finger prints remain after bare hands touch. I highly highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone who is planning to have perfect satisfying dependable refrigerator. 👍👍👍 We have counter dept four door refrigerator.

Bought online from Sam's in 10/22. Delivered 11/23. Have off and on had issues with in-door icemaker and in-freezer unit. Sometimes, an ice cube would stick in the rotation and block it. Not a surprise, altho I thought LG would be better. Have "tricked" the icemakers into "rebooting" by turning off the icemakers, unplugging the frig for 30 minutes, and plugging back in, waiting for a couple of hours, and turning on icemakers. and managed to keep them working....until now. Less than 2 years after purchase, no fix is available for the upper ice maker. Representative said they no longer make that ice maker NOR the parts. Is shipping the replacement for the "craft" ice unit which we are responsible for installing. (Water dispenser still works.) In addition to these issues, there are a couple of inconveniences. The freezer drawer does not fully extend when drawn open, so accessing frozen items at the bottom back is cumbersome. Additionally, the top"drawer" in the freezer partially draws out when main drawer is pulled open, further blocking items in the lower portion, but does not pull out enough to easily access frozen items in THAT portion. Now that I have to put ice trays in the freezer, it is quite awkward to not spill the trays when full. An overall "fail" in the design of the entire freezer. Have successfully used the ability to switch middle section drawer from freezer to refrigeration. Worked well fairly quickly.And like the door-in-door. But would MUCH rather have an ice maker and freezer drawer that worked well. Now I am required to get the "app" for "firm wear" updates, which offer no protections for privacy. They explain that they can do anything they want with your information and will track your locations constantly with the app engaged. Seriously?!?

I have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now and really like it. I would have given it 5 stars except for 2 things that could be improved. I wish there was a way to see the actual temperature of the refrigerator instead of only seeing the set temperature. I also wish the freezer ice maker had an option for regular ice instead of only craft ice.

We live in AZ for context. The icemaker is inconsistent. There are weeks where it will make ice and then suddenly it stops. the freezer will often not cool and the items will thaw. Ran the thinq app and it says no problem detected...not sure what we are supposed to do to make it cool again.

This is our second LG refrigerator. We like the size and features, but the ice makers are the worst. We replaced our 8 year old LG refrigerator because the ice maker stopped working. It was repaired but months later it stopped again and we were told we needed a compressor. Decided to get a new one a little small and perfect with the extra middle drawer, BUT just shy of a year and the ice makers stopped working. Having to have it repaired ALREADY.

It is designed so much better than the previous fridge. Everything is convenient. There is so much more available interior space due to genius design. Added bonus, the craft ice! I absolutely love this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now owned this refrigerator for 3 months and it's the best ever. I always try to get the best so that I won't be bothered with problems. This one seems to be the best. The cocktail ice maker is slow, but the owner's manual tells you this. We love the finish. Black stainless. It's beautiful. Just ordered a black stainless LG dishwasher to match.

We purchased this refrigerator over a month ago, so far we're very happy with it. We did quite a bit of research on- line as well as at various retailers. We wanted a counter depth refrigerator french door with water/ice dispenser and a middle convert drawer. We looked at several other brands and decided to go with this LG model as it most met our criteria plus it's more aesthetically pleasing. The only thing was the door in door feature which was not really something we were looking for, but this was the only model that fit our needs. We are getting used to this feature and actually found it more helpful rather then opening the door to the fridge to retrieve our beverages. It doesn't have as much deep shelves space as a regular french door refrigerators, but we purchased refrigerator organizers and that helped. The counter depth model costs significantly more than a regular model but this was worth it.
