[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: very good looking. 2 ice makers. Lots of storage space. Full convert drawer is great. Cons: 2 ice makers that don’t make much ice. The main ice maker is pathetic in size/ice storage. And it comes out watery not matter how cold I make the freezer setting. Ice from the door won’t even last 8 hours in a new hydro flask or new yeti. I tried both. The craft ice maker makes 3 per day. And they’re not completely round or clear like the commercials leads them to be. It’s a cool feature, but doesn’t produce much. Overall, you can’t even fill a small ice chest, with a few drinks, full of ice. I’m going to the gas stations every time I want to go to a friends bbq, and I bring my own drinks. Storage size is misleading. The shelves are adjustable in height, but not adjustable enough to stand things like a carton of milk up, when the shelves are at equal storage heights. In order to stand things that are a little taller on the shelves, you have to adjust them to where the second shelf is about 2” tall. Not much can fit in there.

Just sold a two year old GE profile and bought this great fridge The food keeps fresh at 37% and the second Full Convert Drawer turns into a freezer as well which i did. The craft ice is really nice too. I did not think i would use the outside separate door but i use that all day long and know the the food in my fridge is being protected from the outside air moreso than not. The fridge is very quiet and just an amazing purchase.

It is designed so much better than the previous fridge. Everything is convenient. There is so much more available interior space due to genius design. Added bonus, the craft ice! I absolutely love this product!

There were low grades from Consumer Reports on the Ice Maker, but we haven't had any problem with it. It's great, also, being able to hook it up to the LG ThinQ app', It very informative on the condition of the fridge and even can control the number of whole ice.

The water wouldn't dispense and neither of the ice makers (cubed & craft) were working. Took over 3 weeks from the first phone call until it was repaired. The water and main ice maker work. But still no craft ice. What a disappointment.

We purchased this refrigerator over a month ago, so far we're very happy with it. We did quite a bit of research on- line as well as at various retailers. We wanted a counter depth refrigerator french door with water/ice dispenser and a middle convert drawer. We looked at several other brands and decided to go with this LG model as it most met our criteria plus it's more aesthetically pleasing. The only thing was the door in door feature which was not really something we were looking for, but this was the only model that fit our needs. We are getting used to this feature and actually found it more helpful rather then opening the door to the fridge to retrieve our beverages. It doesn't have as much deep shelves space as a regular french door refrigerators, but we purchased refrigerator organizers and that helped. The counter depth model costs significantly more than a regular model but this was worth it.

We had a side by side so the french doors are perfect to see everything. I didn't know if I would like the door in door but now that I've used it I do like it. We really enjoy the full convert drawer. It hold a lot and works for us. And it seems that the entire inside is very brightly lit! We do like the two ice makers because my husband uses ice all day long. I had my doubts about the upper ice maker because it seemed small but it was one of the reasons we bought it because it was in the door. And it has kept up. I'm not a fan of the craft ice (size) but it's nice to have a second ice maker. The only negatives I found are 1) not a lot of space for tall containers. But you can adjust your shelves and give up some space. The door in door has room for big and tall containers. There might be a little less door storage space but you make up for it with the roomy inside. 2) no way that I've found to see what the actual temperatures are in the freezer and refrigerator. That would help to adjust the temp on the freezer. We're very happy with the purchase.

Have greatly enjoyed the craft ice and have shared ice with others buy pcking it up in egg cartons, putting in a cooler. So a refrigerator can be FUN.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator at the end of July 2020. Black Stainless Steel was the primary reason, but we also liked the features. It does not provide the shelve adjustability that we would like but we have learned to adjust to what it provides. We really like how even the temperature control is, we can run it colder than our previous refrigerator which means the milk is colder and tastes really good.

I have had my LG bundle of appliances now for about 3 months. i love them all, French Door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and induction stove top and oven. Since I have not had new appliances for decades, I am gleefully learning about how they work and what all the little jingle sounds mean. So far, all have met my expectations.They make me smile!
