[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about 3 months. I really love it. Nice big bottom freezer. Love the extra drawer that can be used as extra freezer space or refrigerator space. The only downside is the bottom ice maker had to be replaced but it works like a charm now.

Had this for 7 months now. We generally like it a lot but it has some issues. The middle drawer will not extend fully out and service has been unable to assist via telephone and the local repair person has yet to contact us. The craft ice bin is bigger than anyone would need it to be and it tales space from the freezer. The craft ice balls are way too big, almost 2" in diameter. The smaller ice maker will stop making ice if the upper cubes get frozen together and that means emptying the bin and starting over. Perhaps if we used more daily ice this would not happen. The upper interior drawer in the freezer does not move out far enough and can get in the way of access to the lower since when you open the freezer, that tray comes out even if you do not want it to. Very quite except wen it is dropping ice. Some of the door bins re a tiny bit too shallow since they will not fit a soda/beer can. And some of them are a little short and will not fit a beer bottle, about 1/4" short.

The LG refrigerator is great with exception of the Craft Ice Maker. We purchased the refrigerator little over a year ago. At first we were excited about the Craft Ice. Loved the ice balls in that they last a lot longer than regular ice. However within a few months the Craft Ice maker quit working. LG was prompt in replacing the ice maker, under warranty, however we are now on number three, which has quit working. Being the refrigerator is now over a year old and out of warranty, I wasn’t looking forward to an expensive replacement cost. To my surprise when I called LG for a replacement ice maker, the representative said LG has extended the warranty on the Craft Ice maker. I appreciate a company that recognizes they have a problem with their product and doesn’t leave the customer high and dry. Hopefully they can fix the issue with the Craft Ice maker because LG makes great products. I would not want this one issue to tarnish their reputation.

First call a replacement compressor was installed and new software. Not sure what will occur tomorrow but frustrating to not be able to utilize freezer due to it’s reliability. Love the features however

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a refrigerator to go in our brand new house. I have always had a side by side fridge &was reluctant to try this 4 door one. It had such great features like the door in door & convertible 4th drawer that l wanted to go for it. I’m so glad we bought this 4 door fridge… l love it & will never go back to side by side again!! There is so much room inside even with it being counter depth. The door in door is great for large beverage containers. I can fit my gallon containers in the door without it taking away valuable inside space! The ice machine is awesome!! Not only do l get the amazing craft ice but the crushed ice is just perfect! L had heard so many good things about the ice system! Actually that was the tipping point in going with this model! All in all I’m thrilled with this refrigerator & would buy it again anytime!! Go for it!! Highly recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased the LG refrigerator and are very satisfied with it. It is a black .stainless and it looks great in my kitchen. I like the 3rd drawer with the ability to set the temp as we need. The vegetable and fruit settings in the drawers really keeps them fresh. It has plenty of room even though it is a counter depth size.

It has performed well the whole time with the exception of the craft ice maker, which recently failed and was promptly replaced with excellent customer service! All the features of the fridge make this the favorite appliance in the kitchen! LG’s quality and excellent customer care will prompt me to look for their brand specifically in the future!

There is space galore and the small drawer being convertible from fridge to freezer is so convenient. My husband is in love with the craft icemaker. We had a few glitches but the LG team worked efficiently to resolve the problems

We are enjoying the new feature with the right side door with its options. Not having to completely open both doors is a time saver as well as helps keep the interior cold. The craft ice maker is "cool" as the balls of ice last longer in a glass of liquid. It's nice to no longer have to worry about fingerprints all over the outside of the doors.
