These are split tenderloins which do cook up fast but I was expecting a thick tenderloin. Good flavor.

One of my favorites and the secret is to not overcook. Rub with honey, season with S&P, garlic, sliced onion and sprinkle with a spicy curry powder. Roast in foil and enjoy..........."Slice thin and put on a sub bun w/cheese for a great sandwich.

Very nice after we trim all white stuff (fat, ligaments, etc.) out, sous vide them for 4-6 hours, then fry for about a minute on every side on high heat.

This is a great bargain for a very good quality pork tenderloin. Cooks very nicely on the grill, no more fat than necessary for great flavor. Freezes well.
