I am enjoying my new dryer! It is very quiet and I love the little tune it plays when it is finished - instead of the loud buzz sound. I am still learning how to use all the settings but I like how I can adjust the heat and time settings along with the regular settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the dryer for several months and have to keep checking to make sure it is using hot air. It will run but sometimes I don't know until I got to check on them. It will just keep running because the clothes are getting dry on the sensor side. After changing the cycle a couple of times it seems to work itself out or for whatever reason will start using the heating element.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an older Amana dryer with this one. It's going to take time to get used to these new energy efficient products. The sensors inside the dryer make it almost impossible to get everything dry the first time.

Purchased LG based on reviews of their appliances and this time instead of a pull down door, I opted for one that opens left to right. It has a large tumbler and I've used every cycle and am very pleased with it's performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago snd I'm use to the old time dryers. 🤷‍♀️ It took me a bit to get to understand and use the dryer nut I did it. Instructions were easy to follow. We bought it and rushed it out the door to get it home and use my new choir toy. 😆 Has made energy saving a thing for me. Love that it turns itself off when it knows my clothes are dry. No unnecessary time finishing instead finishing when they are dry no matter what I set it for. Thanks and the buzzer is a melody not a buzzer. 🥰

What a delight! I purchased this to replace a 23 yo dryer, and it was an easy and pleasant switch. It includes a choice of 3 heat levels (medium works for most items) and dryness levels (we prefer very dry), and has a pleasant jingle to notify me when the clothes are dried.

I had to replace my old dryer, didn't want to spend money that we didn't have, but I'm actually glad I got it, the clothes dry quicker in this dryer, and oddly enough I'm most impressed with the lint trap! I didn't realize my clothes had so much lint.! The only complain I can come up with is that it sets to low to the floor.

Customer service with LG is top notch, any questions you have are immediately answered. A reliable, well made choice, I am so happy I did my research and picked this dryer.

The LG DLE6100W Electric Dryer has been used for approximately 3 weeks. Initial Dryer impressions reveal an excellent product with a large capacity and ease of use. The Dryer is quiet and drys articles quickly and well. The Dryer was purchased as a set with an LG HE Top Load Washer.

I bought a house a few months back and this dryer was already in it. It DOES NOT DRY ANYTHING. Whether it is full, 1/2 full, or just a few items. Does not matter. It dries for a few minutes and shuts off. I contacted LG, since I was not the original purchaser I had no idea when the dryer was manufactured. Turns out, IT WAS ONE YEAR PRIOR! And since I wasn’t the original purchaser, I was out of luck for the warranty (which, is fair, I suppose). HOWEVER, a one year old dryer should be more than capable of drying a few items of clothing (OR A DRYER FULL OF CLOTHES!!). I should also mention the lint catcher is absolutely useless, everything just falls to the bottom of the dryer, which I’m sure is a factor in why the machine doesn’t work. When you look up the lint catcher in the manual vs when you look it up on LGs website, two different parts come up. So I don’t even know if I have the correct piece. I would just not even waste your time and money on this dryer and keep shopping.
