Despite seeing lots of lights and options it is quite easy to operate. From choosing your heat level to suiting the cycle to your laundry. That was appreciated and it dries clothes in a reasonable amount of time.

Dryer works amazing, we use normal mode and very dry and takes no time to dry at all. Only complaint is that dryer sheets do tend to get stuck in the seam where the lint trap is located, could cause a fire potentially if you don’t check it

Great product

We replaced a worn-out 21-year-old GE model with similar features and are generally happy with this one. It's quieter than the GE (before it wore out) and if we have one complaint, it's that you can't change the heat settings on the different drying settings like we could with the GE (e.g., no high or low heat on the normal drying setting). Otherwise, it works as advertised.

Solid quiet drier

The problems are great. Perfect to get the desired dryness of clothes. Would be a five if there were a light inside the drum to pickup small clothings

Overall it works well.  I wish the Warm setting was a  warmer as when I open the dryer to pull something out, it doesn't even feel warm

Bought this dryer to go with the washer I have. It was great until it wasn't. It's 2 years and 2 months old and suddenly wouldn't stop running. Even after the cycle ended. The only way I could stop it was to open the door. Turns out there is a relay that gets stuck. Apparently a very common problem with LG dryers. Try a different brand and do some research. Read lots of reviews before you buy.  Only a 1 year warranty (I forgot to buy the extended warranty).  Who only has a 1 year warranty?

Their is no visible timer so you can’t look and see how much time is left on a cycle

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase that I have made in my 60 years. The dryer did not function properly yawls repair people could not fix it and y'all decided to refund my money. I have been in contact with your presidential liaison team for the past three months, trying to get a refund check and everybody keeps passing the book and I have still not received my refund.
