Run Away!

I bought this dryer and used it for one load and LG said that the board went out, I have been trying to get this returned for over a week and customer service is doing nothing but promising that they would call back, no word! Do not buy this dryer, it is not worth it and sam,s does not help!

LG 7.3 Dryer; excellent choice

Very nice dryer. It's big and holds a lot of clothes. Works really well. I bought both the washer and dryer and they work great.

Dead after 4 years

Love the size and it dried well when it worked. It died after 4 years, which I expected to have it for longer. It no longer gets hot and will spin even when turned off. The only way to stop it is to open the door or unplug it.

NO DRUM LIGHT 💡

I am very disappointed that my new LG dryer doesn’t have a drum light when you open the dryer door. You would think an LG unit with all digital features would have a drum light so you can see the close when you open the door.👎👎👎👎

Hey Martin! Thanks for sharing your LG Dryer experience with us. Part of keeping laundry day easy is being able to see what's going on inside the drum properly. We appreciate your feedback on the need for a drum light, as we're always looking for the best ways to improve the laundry experience for our cherished customers. While a drum light may not be featured on this model, keeping your laundry room well-lit may help improve the visibility inside the dryer when loading or unloading your items. Hi. Thanks for reaching out about your LG Dryer. Towels are one of the heaviest, most absorbent items you can dry, so the settings you choose make a big difference in how long the cycle takes. Your note about extended dry times helps show exactly what you’re seeing with your new LG unit. For the best results with towels, LG recommends using Heavy Duty, Towels, or Normal with High Heat, depending on your model. This page offers helpful guidance on cycle use and drying performance: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-dryer-electric-laundry-is-not-drying-well--20154774023740 To allow us to properly investigate the details of your specific product model and to see how we can assist with your drying‑related issue being encountered, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com if you need further assistance. Beware RXO delivery

Im sure the dryer is nice, if it ever gets to us. We were supposed to receive this but once our delivery window had passed we were told it would not be delivered due to 'weather' and had to be sent back to be rescanned. This is northern CA, it was raining, that is all. Very disappointed in Sam's choice of delivery partners, this will be the last order we make and will choose other retailers going forward.

Does not Heat up

Dryer works for a few months than it stops getting hot which costs more energy to dry.

This action can reset the electrical supply to the dryer and resolve minor power issues.Perform a Hard Reset:Unplug the dryer from the electrical outlet.Remove and ReplaceWhile the dryer is unplugged, press and hold the POWER/START button for 5 seconds.Next, press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button for 5 seconds.Plug the dryer back into the electrical outlet.Remove and ReplaceAttempt to power on the dryer to see if it resumes normal operation. These steps are designed to address common power-related issues with LG dryers. Great dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the dryer for a few weeks and so far so good! I have tried a couple of different settings and have been pleased with the results. I like the looks - since I have the washer that matches! The capacity is great and I can imagine having it for many years to come.
