[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a few weeks ago so I don't know about long term reliability, but so far I am happy with how it works. It seems very good for the price.

After using it for the first time I realized the dryer didn’t have a light that would activate once the dryer door was opened. Hard to believe that in 2023 a light isn’t a standard feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old dryer took about 3 times to dry 1 load, now with this new dryer I can dry my loads in 20-40 minutes. I’m very happy with how it works and makes laundry not a 3 day process.

The product is fine but we had to have a side vented dryer and the serviceman had a horrible time getting the side hole cut out to convert it to a side vent. Had a hard time finding someone that could do it.

I bought this machine 10 weeks ago. Manufacturing defect. LG FINALLY agreed to reimburse us, after many weeks of getting the run around. I will not buy LG again.
