[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is sometimes a delay between pressing a button on the remote and the action taking place on the TV. The remote buttons are small. Still trying to figure out how to get my STARZ icon on the main screen of icons.

The TV has an excellent picture. What it does not have is good reception. I use an antenna for local channels and apps for movies. I had a lot of issues with the wifi dropping off and not being able to sign back in. I have fiber through ATT. 350 megabytes. I found out that the tvs now have smaller, weaker wifi antennas. I had to run either net cable from my modem to the tv. This corrected the problem. Support does not explain this to you. All they say is sounds like a reception issue. The tv does not show all info on the channel guide. Just displays no info. Keep in mind this is a brand new tv, Samsung 50 in q-led. But my other Samsung 65 in q-led from 2018 displays everything??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brightness, color, contrast are great. The remote and software interface are easy to understand and both respond fast. I have had this tv for four years now and picture resolution is as good as the day I purchased it.

i received the TV with the screen broken in a million pieces. Sam's has been nice about the return without replacement. However, I have not received my credit yet.

I didn't know I was going to end up spending 5K on my TV the qned is amazing brightness is an issue Boston darker room contrast responsiveness uniformity and upscaling are absolutely incredible on this TV in the right environment this is a machine
