I can watch the news and read the words at the bottom easily. I enjoy the ztV plus app as well with over 400 channels so there's always something to watch.

Picked up my TV at store, this TV is the best it has excellent color, and lots of free channels to watch. I haven't had cable since 2020 and I get along just fine with the Samsung free channels & Netflix. Had a 55” before just upgraded to a 65”.

TV arrived broken. Tremendously hard to return the TV. It's been weeks, and the broken TV is still sitting in our living room. We're older and cannot load the TV into our truck to return it to a FedEx store, so we're relying on Sam's Club to arrange for a pickup, which they normally don't do.

We bought this, set it up the same day and returned it the following day. The picture is not clear and you literally have to be standing directly in front of the TV to have a clear picture. If you view it at any angle at all, where 5° to 85°,it becomes more and more fuzzy. I would definitely not recommend this. I guess it's true, you get what you pay for.

I order a 65” Samsung TV and when I opened the box the screen was shattered. I call this in and they were very nice and said the were sending another one. I got the other one in a couple of days and when I open it the screen was also shattered. Sent both back and was refunded my money. Will not buy another one from Sam’s. Both tv’s delivered by FedEx.

TV was delivered shattered. My bigger issue is with Sam’s Club customer service. They are the worst support team I have ever talked to. Weeks of communication only for no action to be taken. Hours on the phone. No agent ever reviews previous calls. They always promise to solve the problem and then do nothing.
