TV arrived broken. Tremendously hard to return the TV. It's been weeks, and the broken TV is still sitting in our living room. We're older and cannot load the TV into our truck to return it to a FedEx store, so we're relying on Sam's Club to arrange for a pickup, which they normally don't do.

I order a 65” Samsung TV and when I opened the box the screen was shattered. I call this in and they were very nice and said the were sending another one. I got the other one in a couple of days and when I open it the screen was also shattered. Sent both back and was refunded my money. Will not buy another one from Sam’s. Both tv’s delivered by FedEx.

Worst customer support ever

TV was delivered shattered. My bigger issue is with Sam’s Club customer service. They are the worst support team I have ever talked to. Weeks of communication only for no action to be taken. Hours on the phone. No agent ever reviews previous calls. They always promise to solve the problem and then do nothing.
