I truly wish I had never bought this TV. Although it has an excellent picture and vivid colors, this Tizen operating system is terrible. I thought a Roku OS was bad but this Tizen OS is far worse and glitchy. If you backup or forward too often or cover too much time, the system will lock up or simply move backward and forward in a glitchy movement over the entire time of the program. Then I have to turn off the TV and unplug it for a few minutes to get it reset! It is maddening!! Add to that a virtually worthless remote and you have a truly exasperating combination that could have been designed by a masochist and sadist working together. I actually had to buy a Samsung universal remote to use until I could decipher some of this useless remote! The only redeeming item on the remote is a solar recharging window. No numbers at all, so in order to go to a channel, you must scroll through all of the other channels, over thee hundred on the Samsung listings! And it's even worse on subscription channels! Nope, even with the excellent picture and vivid colors, I wish I’d never bought it.

I upgraded to the Q7FD from a 17 year old Samsung 52” which was still in perfect condition. The tv itself is great but the remote is horrible. It’s so small you can barely read the few words on it, no backlight, on button controls several functions and it’s solar. I don’t want to learn it so I’m purchasing a universal remote

A user friendly software and for the price i think it's very intuitive. it handles bright areas well glare is reduced comparatively and the contrast in situations I've experienced are good. compared to other 4k resolution Tvs at I think it beats the completion. screens vibrant highly reccomend this product as a entry level tv.

I love watching the Animal Planet on it I love watching geography cuz the picture is so clear I also love watching comedy because the comedians look like they're coming into my bedroom it's great the dimensions on the TV are perfect for my bedroom it's not too big and it's not too small

Just put in email for Samsung or make one and it's ready to go. I have a maybe 55" could be 45" IDK. Then have 5 diff game system connected and have no problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get this TV, as the picture quality reviews were very good. I purchased this TC for a very good price. After a few months use, it's only OK. The picture quality is very good. Rich colors. Closeups are very clear. My fault for not looking, but there are NO OTHER INPUTS, beside HDMI and Bluetooth. I have to connect soundbar via bluetooth instead of optical. This is very annoying to do every time I turn on the tv to connect. No RGB connections (for older devices). TV audio is OK at best. No bass. Volume has to be at 65-70 to hear ok. Setup is easy. Has AI and audio options, but I don't use them. Will probably move this tv to a room that isn't used often.
