Great grill so far. Only used it a couple times and it’s done what it’s supposed to do. Yes, it doesn’t get super hot, but I’m a 450* kind of guy so it’s perfect for me. Does a great job maintaining temp. Assembly only took me a couple hours so I can’t complain about that. One door didn’t want to stay closed, but I fixed that on my own. For the $299 I paid, I’m super happy with it.

We've had this grill for about a week. Assembly instructions were good. Everything went together well! The first time we used it the chicken tasted great! It will take some time to learn how to get the temperature to stabilize where it needs to be. That will be a matter of tweaking and adjustments. Overall, we are quite satisfied with this purchase. This appears to be a good quality grill that has the potential to last a long time. Even the cover is a better quality than the previous nylon one we had.

The grill was packaged well. It was not damaged in shipping, and all parts were there. The installation instructions on the app were very helpful, a bit better than the written instructions. I cooked boneless chicken breasts and baked potatoes last night. Both cooked quickly and well. I’ve only had it for 3 days, so the jury’s still out, but first impressions were excellent. I highly recommend this grill.

This is my second Members Mark grill. I have high hopes for this unit! First off, the assembly was a PITA. It took a long time to assemble. So many parts and pieces. The assembly isn't for someone who wants an easy build. I did an initial burn in and cooked on it once so far. Everything seems great. Even burning across all flames. Solid unit!! Very comparable to the more expensive brands. If assembly was easier, it would be 5 stars.

Unbelievable bang for the buck. This grill has exceptional quality and finish, especially for the price. The cast aluminum body is amazing as it maintains and radiates the heat. I’ve only cooked on it twice but impressed with even heat and high heat.

Great Value! It took two days to build (Lots of assembly screws and parts) so allow for extra time for the build. Assembly instructions are clear and well presented. Overall, it is a fantastic grill for the price. Including a grill cover was a nice value added addition.

Purchased because of the price compared to Weber gas grills. Assembly took more time than listed in the manual. Top-end heat could be better for searing steaks. Overall great grill for the price. Having more accessories like the Weber grills would be nice, such as a rotisserie, and stainless steel grates.

Great grill just not for short people. I am 5'4" and have a hard time opening and closing the lid. The grates are solid and easy to clean. It was easy to put together, just took some time. The handle on the lid is made of plastic which surprised me. Works great and has lots of surface space... cooked 8 large steaks with no problem.

A little tedious to put together, especially since the many parts were’t labeled. The link in the manual did help though! The grill was easy to use and worked pretty well, but the cleaning process is arduous. Overall though, we’ve enjoyed using it so far!

A two-person buildup made easier by having the grill and cover preassembled in the box. The spark starter works well to start the burners which have plenty of heat to sear or bake. The side burner could have been higher BTU to speed up boiling water. The only other issue I have had with this grill is when it is windy, the flame on some burners on low settings can be blown out. I had both of these same issues with the name brand grill I replaced so this is not too negative a comment, just be aware when timing use of the side burner or grilling slow and not checking regularly.
