The grill was packaged well. It was not damaged in shipping, and all parts were there. The installation instructions on the app were very helpful, a bit better than the written instructions. I cooked boneless chicken breasts and baked potatoes last night. Both cooked quickly and well. I’ve only had it for 3 days, so the jury’s still out, but first impressions were excellent. I highly recommend this grill.

Great Value! It took two days to build (Lots of assembly screws and parts) so allow for extra time for the build. Assembly instructions are clear and well presented. Overall, it is a fantastic grill for the price. Including a grill cover was a nice value added addition.

The grill had to be put together, which was a challenge. The back was slightly damaged and we called to replace the part. We spoke with a gentleman named Dennis at Sams grills and he was able to send us the part we needed, and then we could proceed with finishing the process.

Very please with purchase. Only draw back, my home store didn’t have this model in stock and there was no definitive date that could be given as too when it may have more stock. Decided to research and found model, bower had to drive more than 50 miles to pick up. Nonetheless, grill is doing its job. I would recommend this model.

What a daunting site when this was delivered in a heavy box with tons of parts! Yet, I set aside a half day to patiently construct along with the supplied directions and a YouTube instructional video - Voila! It all came together and now I even know where to find any issues should they arise. Heavy and solid - Love it thus far!

I picked this up at our local store. It took me about four hours of assembly. Only problem was a few wires where hidden in the plastic tubing that is used to protect the harness. I found the solution and hooked up the ignition system and was able to put it in use after burning off the lube for protection during store storage. Love the grill.

Very nice grill for the money spent! Only have used it 3 times but really liking that it doesn’t flare up with a fatty ribeye. Only have 1 complaint; the far right burner pops and hisses intermittently. I don't see anything wrong with it so I might try to have them warranty a new burner or valve.

After spending almost 4 hrs assembling this grill, (it has a lot of parts to assemble) connected the propane bottle and started the grill. It did not light evenly, one burner at the right hand side had a very big flame and sounded like a jet engine taking off. The other burners had flames that I couldn't see hardly, so I shut the gas bottle of and tried it again and this time had a hard time getting any of the burners to light and then when lit all the burners could barely stay lit. After checking all the connections again tried a different bottle of propane and still had issues with the amount of flame the unit produced. Contacted support to get a replacement and was told these were out of stock so they could not replace but would issue a refund. After spending all that time in assembly that just didn't sit well with me, they did say they would give me a $50 gift card to disassemble it and box it up and drop of at Sam's club for a return and refund. I probably will just keep it and try to fix it by replacing the gas line regulator to the bottle. Less hassle and trouble, it takes two people to carry this thing. May be a good grill but would not buy again and would not recommend from personal experience.

This is a very high quality grill. The materials and design are all first rate, such good value for the money. I really like those cast iron grates, much better for heat retention and you get those great grill marks. Assembling this thing definitely takes some time. Make sure to download the app that guides you thru it. And for each section, keep the screws loose till you get them all started.

Excellent quality grill. Comes with cover. My biggest complaint is the assembly time. There are a LOT of pieces. I am pretty handy at this type of stuff and it took me about 4 hours. It's not so much that it's difficult, more that there are so many pieces and the instructions are so so. Once completed though, it's a great grill and the price was right.
