Very nice grill for the money spent! Only have used it 3 times but really liking that it doesn’t flare up with a fatty ribeye. Only have 1 complaint; the far right burner pops and hisses intermittently. I don't see anything wrong with it so I might try to have them warranty a new burner or valve.

Very please with purchase. Only draw back, my home store didn’t have this model in stock and there was no definitive date that could be given as too when it may have more stock. Decided to research and found model, bower had to drive more than 50 miles to pick up. Nonetheless, grill is doing its job. I would recommend this model.

What a daunting site when this was delivered in a heavy box with tons of parts! Yet, I set aside a half day to patiently construct along with the supplied directions and a YouTube instructional video - Voila! It all came together and now I even know where to find any issues should they arise. Heavy and solid - Love it thus far!

This BBQ showed up well packaged, all the parts were included, and I used the app to follow the instructions on putting it together. It took a little longer than it said. It’s a solid BBQ. I’ve used it for chicken, wings and burgers, it heats evenly across the entire grill. I would recommend this grill.

Super easy to put together. Assembled in a couple of hours by myself with a little help from my 14 year old daughter. Directions are spot on. As stated by others that have purchased this grill, the sticker on the hood should be left off. Can't remove the glue from the back of the sticker that was left as residue. Really solid grill, has a beautiful blue flame and grill cover that comes with it, fits like a glove. I think it's a fair price for this grill.

Excellent quality, very pleased with purchase. As other customers have said, it takes a while to assemble (3-4 hours). I used the Bilt animated application along with the written directions which you will need to select the correct hardware for assembly. Especially at the clearance sale price, this was a great bargain that grills beautifully.

A two-person buildup made easier by having the grill and cover preassembled in the box. The spark starter works well to start the burners which have plenty of heat to sear or bake. The side burner could have been higher BTU to speed up boiling water. The only other issue I have had with this grill is when it is windy, the flame on some burners on low settings can be blown out. I had both of these same issues with the name brand grill I replaced so this is not too negative a comment, just be aware when timing use of the side burner or grilling slow and not checking regularly.

A little tedious to put together, especially since the many parts were’t labeled. The link in the manual did help though! The grill was easy to use and worked pretty well, but the cleaning process is arduous. Overall though, we’ve enjoyed using it so far!

Great Quality, Upgraded Burn box vs previous models. This is the second Members Mark grill we've owned. The first one looked really good, but it rusted itself out from the back of the burn box. I've been looking at a Weber for long time. Then this came out. I didn't want to pay almost $1K on a grill, so we just dealt with failing grill. THEN Sam's put this on sale for $374, we paid $299 for small red 2 burner grill few years back. What a great deal for BTU, amount of burners, side buner, and quality materials and burn box. Assembly is pretty straight forward, think adult erector set. They also have an app for interactive stuff, it helps with the ignition system. Beyond that, we've used it for hamburgers, steak, and shish-kabobs. All tastes and cooked amazing thus far. Very happy

The grill was packaged well. It was not damaged in shipping, and all parts were there. The installation instructions on the app were very helpful, a bit better than the written instructions. I cooked boneless chicken breasts and baked potatoes last night. Both cooked quickly and well. I’ve only had it for 3 days, so the jury’s still out, but first impressions were excellent. I highly recommend this grill.
