Looks fantastic only a little difficult to assemble
Definitely need 2 people for a couple steps in assembly, but it was by far the easiest grill I've ever put together. Physical instructions had a few steps that were unclear but the digital 3D instructions were excellent. Can't wait to cook on it.
Frustrated with Sam’s customer service
Delivery of this item is strictly weekdays only. They are no alternatives for weekend Delivery or pick up at shipping location. I’ve been on the phone with Sam’s customer service and been getting the Because they do not have an answer, and half the time they hung up on me.

Difficult Assembly
Was shorted 2 bolts - caused me to mess up one of the doors Very difficult assembly with many steps Comes with these weird bolts that are very uncommon and hard to find replacement Manual not very good Wish I had never bought this grill - I hope it works after all this trouble to assemble

Great grill for the price!
This awesome grill is a beast! The grill is very well made, heavy and solid. We like it as much as our Weber grill that we had to leave behind in our recent move. The picture doesn't do it justice. As far as assembly, my husband found the 3-D directions via the app were very helpful, and assembly wasn't too difficult if you have some experience in putting things together. All in all, we are thrilled that we found such a great grill for such a great price, and we'd definitely recommend it to others.
Does not get hotter than 575
Coming from a Napoleon and a Webber and even years ago my old Charbroil my biggest gripe is this grill only gets so hot. The others all got much hotter. That means it sucks for searing and I wouldn't by again. The grill looks great, ignites right away but just doesn't deliver.
Thank you for taking time to leave a review. The searing process begins at temperatures as low as 300°F, and the effective searing range is about 300°F to 500°F. If you wish to sear at higher temperatures, try preheating your grill with the lid closed and all 4 burners at max before grilling. Seasoning your grates with cooking oil will also help with achieveing great sear marks. Hope this helps! Doesn't get hot enough
I have had this grill for about a month now. It does not get as hot as I want it. If you are trying to get a good char or ANY type of char, this is not the grill for you. The highest temp I've been able to get it to is 550. I reset the regulator, but it didn't help at all. I'm a big steak-on-the-grill guy, and until I get another unit that can put a char on my steak, I will be using this grill.
Thank you for taking time to leave a review with your experience. We are sorry to hear that you're having heating issues. If you have tried performing a regulator reset to no avail, please perform a leak test of the regulator and all the connections. How to Preform a Leak Test: 1. Turn all control knobs to “OFF”. 2. Ensure that the regulator is securely connected to LP cylinder. 3. Create a mixture of 50% water and 50% liquid dishwashing soap. Spray the water and soap solution onto hose, regulator and all connections from the LP tank to the main and side burner manifold. 4. Open LP cylinder valve by turning hand wheel counterclockwise. If you hear a rushing sound, or smell gas, turn gas off immediately. There is a leak at the connection. CORRECT BEFORE PROCEEDING. If leak is detected at connection nut and tightening does not stop leak, reinspect propane tank rubber seal. 5. If “growing” bubbles appear, there is a leak. Close LP cylinder valve immediately and re-tighten connections. If leaks cannot be stopped, do not try to repair. Call for replacement parts. Order new parts by providing the serial number, model number, name and part number of items required (see parts list) to a MEMBERS MARK BARBECUE CUSTOMER CARE AGENT 1-833-454-0864. 6. Always close LP cylinder valve after performing leak test by turning hand wheel clockwise. For your convenience, I've included a link below, to a step-by-step instructional video for how to perform a leak test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5MBgBhVeUZM Member’s Mark items carry a 100% member satisfaction guarantee. Part missing a hole
This thing is not easy to put together, I ran into a major issue, one part is missing a hole so I will reach out to them. I don't want to try to drill that hole. This will hold me up from putting it together. This grill seems like it is good. I will do an update after this part gets resolved.
Thank you for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear about the assembly issue you faced. We look forward to hearing from you after you have a chance to use your new grill! For additional assistance during assembly, there is an interactive 3D app called BILT.
Just an average grill considering the price
Pros: there are less parts than previous versions of the Members Mark grill - less parts to install, less parts to rust. It gets the job done cooking-wise. Cons: The gauge of steel used is thinner than our previous Members Mark grill, making it lighter but also feels cheaper. Also, every time I move the grill the doors fall off because of the incredibly small pins holding them in. This is because the force required to move it causes the entire frame to torque causing the door pins to pop out of their hole. Very annoying, especially since the doors are all scratched up now. I wish the grates were solid cast iron instead of porcelain coated. The wiring between the electrodes and the ignition module seems overly complicated/messy. Also, the temperature gauge came preinstalled, but the numbers weren't centered. Seemed like an odd detail to miss.
Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Please Note: The doors on the Member's Mark Pro-Series Gas Grill are attached with Spring Pins at the top of the door, and Fixed Pins at the bottom. The most common cause of doors coming off, is that the spring pin at the top of the door weren't properly secured. The easiest way to secure those spring pins, is to use a flat-head screwdriver to push up the Spring Pin, while positioning the door. Then releasing the spring pin into the hole at the top of the door. There is an interactive 3D assembly app called BILT that is free to download for Android and iPhone users. Many customers find helpful during assembly. It will give you a close up view of how to install the doors securely, and show how the electrode wires attach to the ignition module. For replacement parts such as doors and the required pins, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at the number on your manual, or by reaching out to the Member’s Mark Help Center toll free at: (888) 301-0332 from 7am – 11pn CST Monday – Saturday and 10am – 8pm CST Sundays. Please have the item number from your receipt, the serial number, the product UPC and/or the product description ready to provide the Member Care Professional. There is a wing nut at the back of the temperature gauge, that secures it to the lid. If your temperature gauge numbers are not centered, simply loosen the wing nut, and rotate the temperature gauge until the numbers are centered and re-tighten the wing nut. Your feedback regarding your preference for Cast Iron Cooking Grates has been noted. Hope this helps!
Do Not Buy If You Have to Assemble
The grill itself may be good, but the assembly was so frustrating that is probably all I will remember about this grill. The team that designed this assembly I think tried to find every corner that was nearly inaccessible to those with human sized hands when deciding on location for screws. If you could hang upside down and have child sized hands you may put this together with little frustration. Sam's does not offer (even 3rd party) options for buying these per-assembled, so be warned, especially if you are putting together with your significant other on a hot and humid day.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and feedback regarding your expierience with assembly. Your feedback is important to us, as we are always trying to improve customer experience.
Not a Weber
Stamped steel junk just like all the other grills. 304 stainless will rust in no time after heat is applied. The tub is aluminum and the sides of the lid. The handle for the lid is weak and flimsy. Probably going to be impossible to find parts down the road. Bought today, used once and will return tomorrow.
Thanks for sharing your concerns. We are confident in our decision to use 304 stainless and die-cast aluminum as both are highly durable and widely used in the industry for these reasons. We welcome the opportunity to help and discuss further: 1-833-454-0864 or by email at: support@proseriesbbq.com
