Purchased the Pro Series 4 grill at Sam’s club for $160. Total bargain! The build quality is excellent and definitely rivals my Weber that I paid over $700 for many moons ago. I’m impressed by the quality and the ease of directions. It took me about 1.75 hours to put together and complete leak test due to getting dark outdoors early. It cooks like a dream. I’ve cooked ribs, burgers, chicken and bourbon pork chops and it all came out great.

We absolutely love this grill. It’s heavy, sturdy and a great price. We looked at other brand grills around this price point & they do not even compare. For example, the others were not enclosed on all sides at the base cabinet making them wobbly. We use it probably 4-5x a week and have no issues. If you see this grill in stock - buy it!

Assembly is tedious because everything in the box is in the reverse order of assembly. No problem if you're patient and have the area to pull everything out & separate it all. LOTS of parts, and LOTS of screws, but it smacks QUALITY as you assemble it. It's HEAVY unlike other grilles I've had and the burners and grille surfaces are awesome. Make no mistake, once you get through assembly, it's a solid grille.

This grill is awesome. I was able to assemble by myself (had my wife help on one part where we lifted grill top onto stand. Took 30 seconds) in a little over 2 hours. DOWNLOAD THE APP to watch the instructional video, this is way easier than trying to read through the manual. I also heated the grill up to 500° in about 15 minutes and pulled off the sticker. It left a little glue residue but not that big of a deal. I don’t really get the issues people have with parts and the decal. Don’t listen to them. This grill is pretty sweet

It wasn't too bad to put together. It does take a bit longer than directions say because it takes a while just to unbox everything. Once it was unboxed, it took close to two hours to assemble by myself except for placing the top part of the grill on the base. The instructions were very easy to follow. i really like when companies use the BLT for their instructions.

Takes a while to assemble due to many parts but not hard. It is sturdy, however, the grill will not get hotter than 250 degrees, even with all 4 burners going. I think it is a regulator issue. I did the troubleshooting in the owner's manual with no change in the issue. I even tried multiple tanks. There is a video online, and my flames are not nearly as big as in the video.

Assembling this grill was a lot, but removing the sticker from the grill lid was ridiculous. Hands down the worst sticker we've ever had to remove from a newly purchased item. We were finally able to remove it with an industrial solvent and there is still an outline of the sticker on the grill. So unnecessary!

Great item, quality, and worth the money. Was not easy tog eat one because it keeps getting out of stock. Super easy to put it together and if you take advantage of the app with 3D instructions makes every easier. First try and I’m very happy with this purchase.

I've had this grill for 1 month now. When it came in there was a dent in the front and the burner covers were not bent correctly. I had to deal with some terrible Sam's club customer service but they finally got me new parts. Now the regulator is broken and won't provide gas to the burners.

I bought this and the wiring had one wrong wire, instead of 2 large terminal wires it only had one. They did include a small terminal wire which is of no use. It is a major deal to get parts as the wires have no part numbers. I have to wait probably 2 weeks. The directions are terrible, most of which are I think are out of sequence. No written information only pictures. Help line is inept and it more concerned getting your info than actual help
