This grill was super easy to assemble. I did it by myself in under 2 hours. It’s very sturdy and constructed very well. My only observation is the knobs seem very cheap compared to the quality of the rest of the grill. I use my grill at least 5 nights a week so we shake see.

This is a fantastic grill!!! So freaking easy to clean!!! Love the large pull out drip pan and the grease catcher! They clean extremely easy! It grills everything to perfection!! This has got to be the best grill that I have ever owned! Also love the exterior finish ! Took about 2 hours to put together, but had no problems in assembling it. There were no damaged parts. Thank you for a great grill!! And I purchased it on sale for $299! Very very happy with this purchase! 👍

More directions on the wiring and how to route the wires correctly. my wires were not bundled the way the picture showed from the factory. I had to undo them and then connect them up. I had to disconnect them afterwards because I had routed the wires in front of the magnet area for the doors and it prevented the door from closing. I had to go back and disconnect all the wires and then route them behind the part that has the magnets on it which was a hassle and would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

There are no instruction in box. I downloaded the BLT instruction. Laid all parts out on my garage floor. Had my IPad with the BLT. BLT instructions are terrible. Nothing looked like the grill I purchased. After an hour of puzzlement I looked up the PDF file. I was able to assemble the grill in about 4 hours.

Extremely surprised and happy with the quality of this grill. I bought it for my sister's condo and was not sure that I would be happy with the quality of the grill. I have a Weber at my house that is going on 10 years old that was really getting pretty nasty but I cleaned it up and spent $40 replacing the burners and it operates like new so I was a bit leery of purchasing a store branded product. This grill is very similar to the weber in its construction, the cast aluminum fire box will never rust or corrode so with a little care this grill should like the more expensive Weber last for many years to come. Just the weight of this grill, 175 lb shipping weight should give you an indication that it is not one of those cheaply made grills that last only a few seasons. I will say two things, I read a few reviews that suggested the grill did not get hot enough to sear a steak, I don't know if that grill master did not know enough to preheat the grill or if there was an actual problem with his grill but I can tell you that this grill gets plenty hot, hotter grilling surface than my Weber. The second thing I will say is that putting it together took pretty much all day, it is not a simple build but it is not difficult just time consuming and the end product is well worth the time taken to put it together.

Saw in club right before Christmas and bought. It did take a while to put together, even with the video and you should take off the hood for easier assembly. But after getting together, it is amazing! Well worth the money compared to what you see at Lowes and Home Depot for around same price.

The manual that came with the Member’s Mark Pro Gas Grill was w]exceptionally well written but a few times it was hard to decipher what I was supposed to do but the step by step video on BILT was slow, able to stop, and watch to see what I needed to do. The video cut the assembly time in half. THANK YOU!

I ordered the grill back on 03/09, and I'm just now putting it together. Unfortunately, the back of the grill is all bent. The shipping box wasn't damaged at all. Had it been, I would have done an inspection. I contacted Sams Club customer service, and the associate said they couldn't do anything since it's been over 90 days. Today is 06/15, and the grill wasn't delivered until 03/18. Yes, I realize it has been barely over 90 days, but since it's so close, you'd think they'd make an acception.

Bought this grill for my husband for an early Father’s Day gift! It did take him a few hours to put together, however, the quality of this grill cannot be beat. Very high quality! Thank you to the merchant at Sam’s who chose this item to sell to the members! Highly recommend!

It wasn't too bad to put together. It does take a bit longer than directions say because it takes a while just to unbox everything. Once it was unboxed, it took close to two hours to assemble by myself except for placing the top part of the grill on the base. The instructions were very easy to follow. i really like when companies use the BLT for their instructions.
