We love this grill but the bottom part was bent at the bottom of the frame and this thing is so heavy we had to cut the box off downstairs and carry it up in pieces and didn't feel like putting it back in the car to return. I didn't end up calling the store but because it's an awesome grill but just my luck it was damaged.

Absolutely ridiculous! They put a huge sticker on the top of the grill that doesn't come off without a time consuming effort. I tried everything, soaking hot towels, goo be gone. Called the grill hotline and was told lots of people have called with the same complaint. Hello! Stop using the sticker or use one made of paper so it can dissolve when wet.

I saved up for two months for this grill. When I got to the final stages of assembly I realized I was missing the cooking grates and heat tents. I went back to the Sam’s where I purchased it and they refused to open another one to replace the missing parts. Here I sit with a $500.00 useless piece of patio art. What now?

I put this together with my 6-year old boy. Not sure if a very handy person. Tried to buy a one piece floor model. But it was not for sale. Watched all three installation animation on BILT app but realized that the 2022 model has a different design. Total time: 3 and a half hour What works: the instruction overall works and explains well except 2-3 parts. Quite a few items are simplified with pre-installed screws. How did I know? I watched three videos of the previous models. What doesn’t work well: the igniter has been redesigned. Now it has an igniter box that connects with seven wires. It’s not included in the manual. I have no clues what are these wires. Turns out to be a simple plug and play. But surely a curve ball.

Great grill! Heat it up to 300-400 degrees for a few minutes to peel off sticker. Kind of a pain though with the residue that’s stays on top. Used a rag with simple green to wipe off glue and it didn’t cause stain. Food comes out great. Nice char on my steaks. Lot more heat than my old charbroil grill.

I used the grill for the first time today and luckily I had read the sticker solution review. Worked like a charm! I let it heat up a bit and the sticker on top peeled right off. Don't mess with it until it heats, the one corner I started tugging prior, left a little smudge of glue but it came off pretty easy. As for the construction, it seems well built and durable. The review that says "not a weber", yes it's not a weber, but I didn't want to spend twice the money for a grill half the size. Not to mention, didn't the reviewer read the construction materials before purchasing? Must've been hungry that day to have to use it once and return it lol.

I purchased this grill yesterday. It took my wife and I a little over a couple hours to put it together. I know what others have written but I want to give a shout out to the genious that engineered the grill to be entiirely assembled with a #2 philliips head screwdriver, BRAVO! That person gets 5 stars. Secondly, the technical writing staff I think did a great job with the build pictures, we had no issues and although it took some time it went together great. The grill is beautiiful. The burners lit up like a champ right off the bat on the first igniter press. The only dissapointments I have currently are that the burner covers sit quite loosely in their slots and rattle with just the slightest touch of the grill, that's just a bit annoying for sure. Also, the knobs I feel have a considerable amount of "looseness".To be more specific it seems that the center brass propane adjuster stem that the knob slides onto has a bit of looseness and play and so it feels like the knobs are not firmly seated. It makes the knobs feel cheesy. Just a mention that it really does take a hard push to get the kobs to slide entirely onto the stems. As far as grilling I'll have to come back and do an update for you.

Just finished assembling this grill today, I was fortunate to find one in store last week. Packaging of the product is fantastic, also it is a very heavy box and you definitely need two people to load and unload regardless of how strong you are. During assembly I had an issue with the left hole for the grill handle. Essentially the hole was not drilled out I had to take a 1/4 inch drill bit and drill thru the natal to create those hole, this was a disappointing quality oversight. There is no extra screws they give you exactly what you need so you better not lose any. Like everybody else the sticker issue on the top of the lid is very aggravating to say the least. It is a unnecessary label and time-consuming to remove it that makes no logical sense whatsoever to be on there when it is not a display model. At the very least they should give you instructions on how to remove the label without aesthetically ruining the top of the grill with chemicals. Will do another review once I cook on it.

I bought this grill several months ago but just now assembled it and tested it. The printed assembly instructions that came in the box were pretty clear. I set aside an entire day to work on this, since I'd never assembled a large gas grill, and took my time, following the steps in the assembly manual closely. It took me 6 hours to assemble, and I look forward to years of good service from the grill. I plan to grill on it this weekend. The only weak spot in the assembly was that it took me a while to locate all of the wires that were to be connected to the electronic ignition block, but I finally found them, connected them, and successfully performed the leak test and break-in procedure.

Got this for Fathers day. My daughter and I assembled it in about 2 hours, taking our time. All parts were present, well packed and it assembled just fine. There was no damage from shipping. The box weighs about 170lbs so you'll need assistance loading it. The 3D Bilt instructions do help with assembly. I had no stickers on the lid as others stated and the 2 sticker that were on the side tables peeled right off with no issues. I had a propane tank ready to go and it lit right up. Grill looks great and feels very sturdy. The only bummer for me is that it cannot be converted to natural gas but hopefully Sam's will make a conversion kit at some point.
