Grill is well made sturdy. We grilled om it this past weekend. We were very pleased with grill.

I am a mechanic. So this should be easy for a handy person . Assembly took 65 mins not including 20 mins to install the app for assembly. Yes the paper instructions are included. Set aside an 8x8 area and review the instructions before you begin. Only one medium flat head screwdriver needed. Start all screws before tightening them on each section. The “only” hard part will be landing the top section on the base. I did it by myself but it’s a stretch for a smaller person to do alone.

I just bought this 2 weeks ago and put it together a few days ago. It does take some time to put together, but you get a good look at the quality of the product. I'm replacing a 10-year-old Weber Genesis and think this one will do the job. Just the fact that the burners are much better stainless steel makes it worth it. Also, I found the 3D app to be excellent.

I purchased a small 2 burner BBQ Grill from Sam's before. It was junk for the same price as this 5 burner. I swore I wouldn't buy another from Sam's. This Grill is excellent in firebox quality. The cast aluminum is the way to go. It took me all day to assemble but it was well worth 300bucks. I would purchase again.
