Very Happy

I bought this in the past week on a door buster sale ... The box it was in looked like it feel off the truck but to my surprise it was packaged very and there was no damage. It took a bit to put together but other than that I am very happy with this purchase!

Absolute garbage!

I bought this grill at my local Sam’s. When I got it home and opened the box, I discovered that the cart frame pieces were bent and one was broken. You cannot return it to the store, the place in CA you call has a backlog of messages and it has been weeks with no response. Do NOT waste your money! This is absolute garbage.

Great Hot Grill - Knob Bezels Peeling

Great hot grill but one caveat. My knob bezel silver paint started peeling after 8 months on the four main burner knobs (See picture). I figured this would easily be under warranty. I called Members Mark friendly customer service and ordered 4 replacement bezels. The bezels were free of charge but I was charged $17 shipping as they were listed as an accessory?!? 8 months in and an obvious manufacturer's defect not fully covered. And since when is a physical part of the grill an "accessory"?

The warranty timeframe for the Member's Mark Pro-Series 4 Burner Gas Grill parts are as follows:Aluminum castings (Firebox)....................10 yearsPorcelain-coated cast-iron grates...............5 yearsAll other components...................2 yearsThis means that the cost of parts are covered for the above time frames, however the cost of shipping applies to all parts after 3 months from the date of purchase.
