Delicate cycle has not worked properly since I bought it. Had 2 parts replaced from repair dept with same result. LG tech tried to tell me that I was using the settings wrong. I am not. I select the delicate cycle and clothes are not fully dry. I select the delicate cycle and choose "more dry" and the clothes are not fully dry. I select the delicate cycle and select "very dry" and the clothes are not fully dry. I use the delicate cycle for fabrics that recommend it, not heavy clothing. I don't overload the machine, although it is an Ultra Large Capacity dryer.I bought this machine because of LG's "sensor dry" technology but it has yet to work as advertised. I just want a machine that actually does what LG says it's supposed to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when I finally got tired of having to do an extra spin on my old washer every time I did a load. I absolutely love the fact that it has a speed wash option, extra rinse, bedding, pretty much any option for all of my needs. I also love the fact that it’s a front loader so I don’t have to struggle to reach the last few socks & such at the very bottom of my old washer. Our clothes come out clean & very wrung out. I did a lot of research before we chose this model, but with the exceptional reviews, we chose this one, & it helped that it was at such a reasonable price. We also purchased the dryer, & with these model being stackable, it was a definite must!

I thought this would be the dryer I love for a long time; However, after using the dryer for a year there are a few issues I am not happy with. First- no matter the size of the load the door seal fails and crap gets stuck on it and then water drips from the bottom front and it is leaving a water mark on the pedestal handle groove. Second- the lint catcher fails to capture all lint resulting in the machine needing a deep clean at least once every 6 months. The machine could use a light on the inside.

Does not dry well at all. Clothes still damp after multiple cycles. (Dryer vent line is new, short and clear) Controls are difficult to use and limit drying options. Owners manual does not have clear, detailed instructions. Web site offers little more. Description claims to be 7 cu ft. Drum is smaller that our previous dryer, and cannot load as much. Very disappointed.

Flowsense is the most idiotic system to ever be added to a dryer. This is the first dryer I have ever had issues with, it refuses to dry for more than 10 minutes at a time. If you don't have a direct straight shot outside from dryer to external vent forget about using this product. Prior to install, the vent ducting was cleaned, the collapsible connector hose (dryer to wall) was shortened to prevent it from bending) My dryer location prevents me from changing the vent pipe, so I'm stuck with a dryer that triggers an infuriating D90/D95 error code every 10 minutes or less. 90% air flow blocked in reference to what? This sensor is way too sensitive.

Make sure you pay for a "Licensed LG Tech" to check your unit for possible wearble parts even if you're capable and trained to work on the most advanced Automotibles. LGs Parts warranty only covers you if you pay them for the disassembly, because if you do it, it's tampering. How could a drum, with 4 good support rollers, crack ? Cheap, low quailty materials. It's OK though, they'll try and bribe you with a massive 10% off a new purchase. Get bent. You owe me a drum, send me a drum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG Washer and Dryer. The dryer dries so fast. Most of my washes are dry within 30 minutes. My old dryer took almost an hour to dry the same type of load. It is also very quiet. I am very pleased with my purchase.

We bought this gas dryer in February 2020. Tomorrow we will have a lg repair person come for the third time in less than 2 years. The drum in the dryer sounds and feels like the drum is ready to fly out of the dryer. At what point will lg offer a full replacement?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our LG dryer a couple months ago to replace a 17-year old model. What a difference. This appliance dries a huge load of towels in minutes, and the capacity isp retty amazing. It is quiet beyond belief.
