[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Logistics provider simply refused to deliver my dryer without reason and LG customer care cancelled my order without reason. We stayed 3 weeks without dryer, and I took 2 days off work to wait dryer delivery and installation, just to receive a refund without an apology? Since my consumer rights were violated I will continue weekly to order dryers and will move to the legal options. "Great" job LG customer care.

The different settings allow me to adjust the time and heat temp so everything is dried correctly....and the amount of items that can be dried in one load is amazing. I would highly recommend this dryer to anyone.

I bought this dryer about two years ago. Last week I was drying some bedsheets, and I heard a racketing coming from the machine. I checked the machine and was shocked to see shards of glass spinning around with my bedsheets! This dryer is DANGEROUS! Unless you want shards and slivers of glass with your clothing, I would not buy this dryer.

After loving my LG washer, I purchased this dryer..and am very disappointed. There is little flexibility in the sensor settings and the delicate cycle has a 'low' temperature setting. Since almost everything sold these days give instructions to dry on 'low' now I either have to do a timed dry and keep checking or dry on delicate if I want the automatic shut off when dry. It is definitely a basic dryer. I never dreamed that the settings would be so limited on sensor dry! Now I am stuck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had good luck with all my LG products. Last LG dryer lasted 14 years! Still works but knocks a little so decided to buy a new one. Only thing I miss on new one is the interior light, other then that it’s great!
