[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an old GE dryer that was doing the job but had difficulties to handle large loads and was very noisy. I was the first to use the dryer as my wife is visiting her family. It is very easy to handle, does a great job. We could not dry all the bed sheets in one session with our old GE. This dryer does it and does it well. I came several times to check the dryer as I thought that it was not working. It is so silent. I am very pleased with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two months ago. Finally caught up on laundry. Quick drying. Appreciate the sensors which cut the time down on drying. Does well with large loads (two sets of bedding). Which it had a light in the dryer.

The dryer does it’s job well. However, we didn’t realize there isn’t a light on the inside when you open the door. Very hard to see if you have removed all of the clothes. I seriously wouldn’t have bought this without a light. I assumed all dryers had one as our old one was 11 years old and had one. Would recommend this if you are ok with no light.

Have had one issue with drying time and the clean filter stopping the machine when... the filter was cleaned. I clean it after every use and use the vacuum to get down in the filter housing area. so not sure what up here at this point. Keeping an eye on it. We don't do a lot of laundry as there is only two of us.

We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this to everyone! My only complaint is that I wish the done signal was a little louder, but I am sure most people prefer a quieter signal.

I bought this in December 2022 and have enjoyed the 'filter alert' that told me the vent system in my house needed to be cleaned. It also will alert you when the filter in the front of the dryer needs cleaning. This has simple electronic controls that do NOT include WiFi. It dries my Laundry-what else does one really need?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the dryer 3 weeks ago and it’s great. After installation on my first load the flow sense feature told me my dryer vent was 80% clogged. I had the vent cleaning service out next week, after cleaning, my clothes dried a lot faster and no danger of my clogged vent possibly causing a fire. The flow sense feature alone is worth choosing this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer in December 2022 with an estimated delivery date just days later. My credit card was charged in December but my dryer was not delivered until 2 months later in February. The warranty is effective on date of purchase, not install, so I have lost 2 months of warranty. LG will not extend the warranty unless I purchase an extended warranty. The dryer is very basic and works well if you don't use the energy saving feature. Clothes remain damp and must be cycled multiple times if using the energy saving feature. Very little lint is produced in comparison to my previous dryer. The dryer has no internal light and no drying rack. My customer service experience was horrible.

I did not need a top-of-the-line dryer. But this machine gives me many of those features and probably more than I will ever use. I have made only 1 mistake with this product and that was to choose the wrong drying cycle. Had to do it twice. Other than that, it is great! The ice cream truck jingle at the end is not annoying to me, and it does not continue to remind me to remove the clothes. Greatly appreciate that feature.
