I love how it has the sensor to test the moisture. And my clothes come out less wrinkled than my past dryer. The "tone" played at the end of the cycle is a bonus~

I especially like the Sensor Dry option and the energy saving mode that it automatically goes into. The Flow alert is also a good reminder to clean the filter during the cycle when needed. The lighting and design is pleasant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watering Instructions Watering instructions for your new sod <<< Avoid walking on the sod for the first two weeks as it can cause damage to the roots >>> ​ Day 1 - Plan Ahead, Avoid Walking on Sod : On day one of installation, our installers are willing and able to setup your system to begin watering immediately after laying the sod. If you do not have irrigation in place, plan to have at least one hose and sprinkler left out near your watering spigot. If the area is large, you can setup multiple hoses and sprinklers to one spigot using Y adapters to broaden the area to be watered without having to move the hose and sprinkler around to each area. You can also find watering timers at local hardware stores which allow the capability to program on/off times if you cannot make it home throughout the day. Try to avoid walking on the sod for the first two weeks as it can cause damage to the roots as they attempt to reach into the soil below. ​ The first two weeks : For temperatures below 80˚ F, we recommend watering 2x per day, early morning and late afternoon for approximately 25 minutes on each area, per cycle. For temperatures above 80˚ F, we recommend watering 3x per day, early morning, afternoon, and evening for approximately 25 minutes on each area, per cycle. When to Mow? : After the first two weeks of initial watering, you can shut down your system and/or stop watering for 1-2 days or until the soil beneath the grass has hardened and no longer feels spongy. For the first mow we recommend mowing your new sod with your mower on its highest setting to prevent damage. After the initial mow, a height of 4" is recommended. ​Its working great - - I love it!

With default settings, the clothes don’t seem to come out completely dry so may need to use some of the more advanced features to get it right. Prior experience with LG is very good, so we expect to be the same with this one.

I bought this specifically because I wanted a new dryer and because I needed a stackable. It’s very quiet and does the job. Only problem I have is figuring out how do use the sensor dry. I’m not putting the correct clothes together to get maximum dryness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were in need of a washer and decided to buy a set. The man at the appliance store recommended this LG dryer, said he had one just like it. It’s an amazing machine. Not too difficult of controls and you can set it to exactly how dry you want your items. I don’t dry my shirts completely and I can set it to shut off at the desired moisture level, then I hang them dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dont like the lint holder and it will eventual cause the dryer to quit working because it isnt getting proper air flow. It gets cleaned everytime with a lint dryer brush but it seems that i should be vacuuming it everytime instead to get everything. Hope I am wrong. I do like the size and the options for drying.

So far, working well. Only complaints are the inability to change the volume of the cycle finished melody, let alone change it to some other melody or buzzer that's a little more audible. Also, have to wipe lint off of gasket around door after each batch. Annoying!

I was a little upset at first, the dryer kept shutting off every 3 minutes. After talking to LG and going over the error code the machine was giving me it was determined my vent from the ceiling to the outside vent was clogged ( of course this would have been a fire hazard). My old dryer never would have notified me. Thankfully my son was able to remove screen on roof and unclog the vent. No problem or error code since. Love the dryer!
