[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer to replace a old dryer that was 12 years old , but still worked fine . The washer went out and at that age I replaced the dryer at the same time . If I the same amount of use out of this LG I will be very happy. I like the feathers of the dryer , so far it has worked great , but only time will tell.

We bought the washer/dryer set in mid August 2020 and the dryer drum already has a rip in the seam. About a year ago it was sounding loud like the drum was hitting something every time it did a rotation. We are in the process of having the drum replaced which has a theee year warranty. I feel like that term was intentionally set because the manufacturer knew that this part starts having problems after 3 years. We paid a lot of money for these units and I have a feeling they aren’t going to last for very long. We had an awesome washer and dryer at our old house that was still going great after 10 years. We sold out house so they had to stay, but I would trade these units for those in a second

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into my house in 2021 and found that the washer/dryer weren't really working. I was doing laundry outside of my house for months before finally deciding on this washer. I've had it for about 3 weeks and have used it 3 times. So far so good. I was concerned at first when the time would pop up on the screen and say 70-90 minutes for a wash cycle, but fortunately when it gets going it hasn't taken that long. It's quiet and I'm hopeful this lasts for quite a while because it was a pain to have to remove old ones/install new ones in my narrow rowhome.

We don't have a high volume of laundry, so I've not used them very much, but I'm pleased with both at this time. Lots of features on both: you can choose from towels, permanent press, delicate and more. Various speed on dryer and multiple heat and time settings.. so far I'm very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few weeks ago we bought the lg washer/dryer set. Without an agitated in the middle, I’ve gotten to wash all my pillows and quilts. So quiet and efficient. The dryer works wonderfully too. What an amazing investment-worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally happy with this dryer. I wasn't sure about an electric dryer... I'm used to gas... but this is great. I think it dries faster than a gas dryer. I was also concerned about what it would cost to run, but it seems very economical.

I like the features of the dryer and have been using it for a few weeks. The flow sensor feature seems very sensitive and I’m still figuring it out . It seems to come at the end of the cycle when the filter is pretty covered but the manual says it is for too long a duct system, a twist in the duct or a clogged duct line . I’ve cleaned the ducts and pulled the dryer out from wall to remove twist. The sensor seems to be hit or miss for coming on or not. I’m still problem solving. Other than this feature I’m very pleased with the dryer for it’s functionality and ease of use.

I had the same dryer in a former residence and when I had to purchase a new dryer and washer, I bought the same model with the drawers below. I love how it sits higher and I don't need to bend to get my clothes out. Also, it does a great job drying.
