[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really dislike this product. We have had it a little over a month and definitely does not dry. I have had to take my items to different dryers since we received it. There is constantly an "error code" or the cycle indicates that it's done, but the clothes are totally wet. I waited two weeks for a technician to look and he basically told me to take the "energy saver" feature off each time we use the dryer. This also hasn't made a difference. Very disapointed.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I love it....I was hesitant about some reviews saying that the clothes didn't completely dry on the auto mode...I figured out how to set it on "more dry" and they come out dry every time; and large sheets and towels do not tangle like they did in my other dryer...like the snap in filter also...seems more durable.

Our 15 year old dryer gave out, so we went shopping for a new one….we did not plan on buying an LG but we are glad we did…the models we had in mind were out of stock. It is an attractive appliance, has useful features and is much quieter than our old model. Overall, very pleased and the price was right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago, this dryer is so much easier to use, it drys better than our other one especially large items and jeans! My cleans seem to not need ironing if even pulled out an hour after it finishes running! I like the easy to use buttons to chose what type of load, it gives lots of choices for different types of loads! It was so simply to hook up and my kids even use it! Thanks LG for a fabulous dryer I can finally trust!!!

I ignored everyone's feedback about how bad this LG front loader dryer is after purchase. It has an airflow sensor which is malfunctioning; just like everyone said. I have hired a technician to look at the dryer to insure that the exhaust hose is straight and without a kink. We have also had the exhaust to the outside cleaned and inspected. Just like everyone says this dryer's air flow sensor malfunctions. The new LG dryer replaces a former LG dryer with which we had no problems with the same air flow discharge setup. Our old LG dryer work for 15 years with the air flow discharge system that we have. The greatest advice that you will receive here is not to buy this dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month. Unless you have a very large wet load to dry, the normal setting does not warm up or dry the clothes. Only cold air. You have to put on manual for it to dry the clothes.

I love them because they put a huge smile on my wifes face every time she uses them, cleaner clothes in about half the time, half the noise and half the ironing she loves the features & energy star is a huge plus! So this dryer has been great. It replaced a 9 y/o Samsung. It's much quieter and seems to dry the clothes more efficiently ( less time). Having 2 cats, we have also noted that it removes the cat hair more thoroughly - there is a lot more in the lint screen than the old dryer. It is the compliment to the washer we bought last year, which we like as well. It's a great basic dryer without all the bells and whistles, which we didn't need or want. We would recommend it.

Glad i got this washer it works great, it is quiet and has multiple settings to use. The only thing i missed in all my research is that the door is ONLY an open from right to left. Being that many homes are set up with washer pan on right side of room this causes an issue. Wish there was a model for Right open OR Left open...
