Have had one issue with drying time and the clean filter stopping the machine when... the filter was cleaned. I clean it after every use and use the vacuum to get down in the filter housing area. so not sure what up here at this point. Keeping an eye on it. We don't do a lot of laundry as there is only two of us.

We bought the washer/dryer set in mid August 2020 and the dryer drum already has a rip in the seam. About a year ago it was sounding loud like the drum was hitting something every time it did a rotation. We are in the process of having the drum replaced which has a theee year warranty. I feel like that term was intentionally set because the manufacturer knew that this part starts having problems after 3 years. We paid a lot of money for these units and I have a feeling they aren’t going to last for very long. We had an awesome washer and dryer at our old house that was still going great after 10 years. We sold out house so they had to stay, but I would trade these units for those in a second

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dryer lasted 15 years before saying goodbye. We wanted something similar and this LG had it. We needed a large capacity and at 7.4 we have it. The sensor drying mode is fantastic. Dries the clothes perfectly. There are newer features that we are getting used to like the different settings for different types of clothes (delicates, towels, bedding,etc) that we thought weren’t useful, but now understand that those modes not only dry better but saves clothing and bedding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Something seems wrong. On the normal setting the clothes take forever to dry. If i boost the heat setting to the highest level THEN the clothes will dry. All these settings and only one really works?$

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my old dryer was great until it broke and I had to get a new one. I was so used to running towels and sheets through twice to dry them. When I got this and ran it through and all was dry before the timer even beeped, I was stunned! This dryer is very efficient. I love it!

This dryer was reasonably priced and certainly does its job very well. My only complaint I guess is that I would have liked it to be simpler and faster to add a little dry time at the end of the cycle. I can’t take away a star for that as it does do it: just with more steps than I like.

Dryer works well, does a better job of getting clothes dry in one cycle than our Bosch did. Store delivery team took 4 trips to properly level, and change internal ground on Dryer to accommodate 4 prong plug (training problem?). Pedestal not built as well as the Bosch, loose back plate will rattle if machine is not solid to floor, plastic drawer seems too lightly made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this dryer for less than a month and am very pleased with my purchase. I was initially interested in the DLE4000, but after comparing features and price this dryer appeared to be a great value. The drying sensor works very well, so when you select a specific cycle or drying level the dryer will get you there without further intervention. I have the dryer stacked on top of the washer which I never had before. This configuration saves a lot of space and gives you more installation options for a large capacity dryer. The dryer is also very stable and quiet. My dryer balls make more noise than the dryer. Highly recommend this dryer to anyone looking for a reliable appliance.
