I like the dryer being on top, but I will need to get a small stepladder to check all settings. I do wish that the musical notes at end of wash and dry cycles were different. Am getting tired of same song. My old washer played a different song each time.

I especially like the Sensor Dry option and the energy saving mode that it automatically goes into. The Flow alert is also a good reminder to clean the filter during the cycle when needed. The lighting and design is pleasant.

I love how it has the sensor to test the moisture. And my clothes come out less wrinkled than my past dryer. The "tone" played at the end of the cycle is a bonus~

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not think I needed a new machine as I had just purchased a new machine a couple of years ago. But after buying this machine I realized how bad my old machine was. This machine works wonders and your clothes come out so much nicer!

This is the third pair of LG Washers and Dryers we have bought. They are great and work well. They also last something that you don't always find in some appliances today. We had an LG washer and dryer in the home we just sold. They were more than 15 years old and still going strong. So we of course bought an LG washer and dryer for our new home! We have a second home in Puerto Rico and installed a pair there as well and are looking forward to years of reliable service from them. We highly recommend LG products.

Works well and accurate. We wish it had an interior light, but definitely not a deal breaker. Well worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this dryer for a few weeks and really like it. Its gentle on the clothes and dries well. The only critique would be the lint screen doesn't seem to capture the amount of lint it should and is not as easy to clean as others I have had.

Simular to other reviews, it does not always completely dry the clothes and I have to run it some more. In general it does the job. Appliances are not what they used to be and sad to say I didn't expect too much from this one. It does collect lint around the door. That really bothered some other reviewers. I just wipe it off. So 80% of the time it does it's job, 20% just ok. You could say why don't I get different one, but why risk it. This is one with higher reviews on Consumer Reports. I hate to guess what a lesser scored one is like.

I can't wait to tell my friends WHY I bought this specific dryer (whether they ask or not, LOL). It had been a long time since I needed a new dryer. Knowing I needed a new dryer I started researching quality dryers and asking friends what dryer they have and do they like it. After much research (Consumer Reports, reviews, and visiting stores to see a variety of dryers) I decided on this LG dryer. It does not have ALL the bells and whistles as some I saw on some of the dryers. I didn't NEED all the bells and whistles. THIS dryer has just enough for what I need for two people and occasional guests. It is easy to use. It is quiet... so quiet. It has a bigger drum than my replacement dryer. I am so happy with my new LG dryer and highly recommend it for any size family.

I have had to take my items to different dryers since we received it. There is constantly an "error code" or the cycle indicates that it's done, but the clothes are totally wet. I waited two weeks for a technician to look and he basically told me to take the "energy saver" feature off each time we use the dryer. This also hasn't made a difference. Very disapointed.
