[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had them for a little less than a month but it's been great! We got both the matching washer and dryer and have them stacked. We did the installation ourselves and lifting the dryer was absolutely possible with just me and my husband and I'm on the smaller side. We just had to purchase an electrical cord for the dryer, a new duct, and new hoses for the washer! Leveling it was kind of a pain but manageable. I get clean and dry laundry every time and it's really fast too! (relatively, compared to my old set which were very, very old) Also note that the washer uses "high efficiency" detergent. We've actually just been using our old, normal detergent up but it does say to use high efficiency

As I bought online and didn't see in person, I was very happy with the size. It is easy to use and my clothes come out dry on the first time, no need to redry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago after a competitor's dryer died after 2 year's ownership. I didn't feel the necessity to have more than the basic cycles (too many I can easily feel confused). My DWE3400 meets my goals. I would suggest the design/marketing team not overlook it's lack of an inner tub light and either add one or prominently highlight a note that you'll have to be the one to add a magnetic exterior light.

My last dryer was about 50 years old and it finally gave up its ghost. The new machine is probably a bit bigger, definitely quieter, and faster in drying a load. Haven't figured out all the controls yet and all the variations, but for my humble needs I'm using the ones that are most important, and its easy to set it up.

Simular to other reviews, it does not always completely dry the clothes and I have to run it some more. In general it does the job. Appliances are not what they used to be and sad to say I didn't expect too much from this one. It does collect lint around the door. That really bothered some other reviewers. I just wipe it off. So 80% of the time it does it's job, 20% just ok. You could say why don't I get different one, but why risk it. This is one with higher reviews on Consumer Reports. I hate to guess what a lesser scored one is like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this dryer for a couple of weeks now and I’m very happy with it. It replaced a 30 year old model from another manufacturer. It’s really easy to set up, just dial in the type of load (normal, towels, bedding, etc.) and it sets the appropriate drying time. It can also be set manually if desired. Very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month. Unless you have a very large wet load to dry, the normal setting does not warm up or dry the clothes. Only cold air. You have to put on manual for it to dry the clothes.

I have them stacked do to my small laundry space. A friend & neighbor recommended them to me. She had just bought the same set 6mths prior & told me they were the best set of washer/dryer she has ever owned! I have to agree!

I like the dryer being on top, but I will need to get a small stepladder to check all settings. I do wish that the musical notes at end of wash and dry cycles were different. Am getting tired of same song. My old washer played a different song each time.

Bought the washer and the dryer on Black Friday and got a screaming deal. Very impressed with how quiet both are. Cleaning and drying capability is also great. Both are built and designed with high quality. Packaging was pretty good but definitely following the handling instructions since the teenagers that loaded it in my truck dented one side of the dryer. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable, simple, and elegant washer and dryer.
