I really like my LG dryer. At first had an ongoing error code D80. Means vent clogged 80 %. We had vent cleaned professionally and LG sent an authorized agent to check it. He changed a computer board and that cleared the error. So happy and satisfied with results. I am enjoying my new LG dryer. Thank you

I had to play around with different dryer settings and found that quick dry doesn’t dry many items of clothing. Needed to use normal or towel setting to ensure clothes fully came out dry. Otherwise, I am happy with the features of the dryer and cleaning the lint tray is simple.

We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this to everyone! My only complaint is that I wish the done signal was a little louder, but I am sure most people prefer a quieter signal.

We had an LG refrigerator and love the quality so I went a head and bought her a LG dryer. She now has told me numerous times about how great it is. No lint on her black pants, quiet and easy to use. Not once did I get a comment about my great choice on this dryer. I think she likes it better then me and I know she likes the cat better too.

We decided to replace our old washer and dryer and LG was the most reliable brand based on my extensive research. I am absolutely in love with this dryer. I have had it for over 2 weeks now, so it has gotten used!! It is so much quieter than my previous dryer and works a lot faster. I am beyond pleased! I barely leave reviews on items but this one deserves a review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this dryer for my new home that will eventually have all LG appliances. It was very easy to set up and does what it’s built for. We wash a couple of times a week and our electric bill remains affordable

My last dryer was about 50 years old and it finally gave up its ghost. The new machine is probably a bit bigger, definitely quieter, and faster in drying a load. Haven't figured out all the controls yet and all the variations, but for my humble needs I'm using the ones that are most important, and its easy to set it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we upgraded to the LG equipment, I expected to have an easier time doing laundry because the machine would keep the settings I use rather than being limited to preset selections. I always read the directions on our clothes and many of the permanent-press ones say to dry them on low. But the perm press setting on the dryer will not allow me to choose that temperature so I have to choose between the perm press machine-determined choice of “warm” or manual setting for the dryer so I can set the temperature myself. I might as well have one of the less expensive machines where I am able to control each setting. Also, even though I choose “very dry,” shirt collars, waistbands, pockets, cloth around the elastic on fitted sheets, etc. are still wet when the dryer decides it’s done enough. I have some clothes made of bamboo and I have to use the manual setting to get them dry. I believe that whoever made these decisions tested loads of laundry that were all the same and not mixed items as is usual when doing family laundry. For instance, when I wash a load of towels, the dryer does a good job drying them as they are all the same material. I also do not like that I’m told in the manual to go on the Internet for complete explanations of what the machine does. There should at least be a sentence about each setting in the manual that would give me a general idea of whether or not I want to look it up for further information.
