[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this dryer for a few weeks and really like it. Its gentle on the clothes and dries well. The only critique would be the lint screen doesn't seem to capture the amount of lint it should and is not as easy to clean as others I have had.

My clothes dry quickly because of less water being used. The dryer feature that lets you know something isn’t right.

I bought this about a month ago to replace my old washer of 14 years. Things have changed in that time! It has taken a little experimenting to figure out all the available options to wash (some I have yet to figure out). I wish the manual offered more detail in all the settings/options. It spins great and is quiet.

I chose this model, based on other reviews, and because I really liked a lot of the features. I liked the simple design of the control panel, mainly because there are less complicated items which could need repair. I love how quietly it runs. I was a bit concerned when I saw how long the run cycle was displayed, but it adjusts for the size of your load and has never taken that long. I like the design of the rubber seal because it’s easy to wipe dry after each use. My last washer’s seal was very difficult to wipe dry. I haven’t cleaned out the drain, as of yet. I’m a little worried to do that, seeing how some other reviewers had problems with that. I’ll write an update when I do clean it. I’m really happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous LG dryer finally gave out. So decided to purchase another. This LG is the new version of my old one and it works great. It dries in less time and the energy savings over the long term will be appreciated. Easy to use . Expect this will be excellent in long term like the one it replaced.

I bought this last June and drum already cracked. Submitted a claim and had to send what the problem was and send pictures. Local guy came to fix it and was unaware what the problem was when he got here so had to order the part. I am happy they replaced the part but it was kind of a hassle.
