[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the supply side issues I was only able to get the tower immediately since by 13 yr old washer died Although I did not need the space saving provided by the tower I will create a new laundry area in my garage. I am only 5 ft tall so I appreciate the controls in the center and yes I can reach the dryer The washer is a little lower than I like but I am adjusting to the lack of pedestals. After a quick research I was set on LG for my new washer and dryer. The dryer is amazing, truly fast. The washer I am still looking for the best setting but it does get the clothes clean. The quick wash is great for cleaning up after mtg foster puppies. Overall the price good and I have spoken to LG customer service and they went out of their way to be helpful.

I like the compact size of this "tower"; and also appreciate that the controls are in a central, reachable location! I haven't tried the dryer, yet, so I can't comment on its performance.

I researched it for a while and decided to purchase it. So far this unit has been the best I owned. I hope it will last 10 + years like the old ones did. It doesn't have the odors that the old ones did. That is a big plus for us. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

This is the fourth LG appliance we have purchased. We were highly satisfied with the first three. Never imagined that we should have expected the fourth would not be working when it arrived. After four weeks, we have been lied to and listened to excuses from LG and the retailer. We Still do not have a working machine.

This tops the list for both. I love the speed wash option on this. It washes clean everytime. I’m so happy with LG that I’ve recommended it for my parents who just moved to a new home.

We have no problem with the unit itself, only the delivery and installation process was frustrating. The dryer exhaust is in the rear and we needed to relocate it to the side to fit into our condo space. No one mentioned this as the store. The one feature I would have liked is the ability to air-dry delicate items, swimsuits, etc.

Outstanding piece of technology. Super efficient washing and drying both with low levels of nose. The one negative is the user friendliness of the app. The app gives access to a range of online programs but: 1/ The do not include the standard manual options available on the machine- why? 2/ To access the options one needs to remember to click on the down site next to the word NORMAL- again why? Please upgrade the app interface.

I have used a front loader for years and did not want to go to a top loader. The size and centrally located controls are what sold me on your product. We should be moving in around the middle of May. I am so looking forward to using your product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really hope to enjoy the wash tower. Neither LG nor the 3rd Party delivery and setup contractor can tell me where the wash tower is. LG received my payment over 30 days ago. So again, I’d imagine it washes and drys really well. Will follow up soon.
