[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. I’m so happy I did. It washes and dries quietly and quickly. And because it’s a space saver, I was able to put shelves and cubbies next to it and make my laundry room so much nicer.

It is VERY heavy, though, as you might expect. I recommend careful installation - in other words get it where you want it - because once it is in, it is in! Needs 2 strong people to move it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is everything we wanted in overall size at only 27" wide (we have very limited space), the drums are wonderfully FULL-SIZE, the washer spins as expected for all size loads (small to quilt size) and practically spins clothes dry. The dryer has heat choices to dry clothes to, which is great for delicates. The front panel controls are easy to use and using a phone app to control it is very convenient. Also, the alert sound is a happy tune not an annoying buzzer.

We were surprised that when the delivery men unpacked the machines, they were already attached. We love the ONE control panel for both machines. Love the fact that both will "think" about what is inside and select the cycle to use. If I had to say anything negative is that I can't seem to get the WiFi feature to work or find where on the control panel it lets me know when the laundry soap needs to be refilled. But that's on me because I need to call Support. We highly recommend this product.

We have a 30 year old laundry room that could not handle the size of the new washers and dryers and allow us to close the door. This allows us more floor space to put in a storage rack. Highly recommend the LG tower!!

It was the best decision I could have made. It has made my life so much easier. No more changes of falling carrying laundry upstairs every again. It is a lifesaver especially when you are up in age. Thank you to LG for finally making such a wonderful product.

We love that they are one unit so the controls for both are in the middle. Very glad we purchased this & plan to use it for many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about 2 weeks ago and have been pleased by how well it cleans. Unfortunately when I was installing it I had to “push” the machine from the front to get it closer to the wall. I had my hands on the corner of the machine rather than the front but on one side the stainless panel received a stress dent. I’m a little disappointed the corners aren’t a little more reinforced.

It’s been a wonderful machine, smooth, quiet and vibration free. Allergy cycle is great. Only minor detail is it could use a no-heat cycle for the dryer. Very satisfied overall.
