It's easy to operate and easy to wipe down after the wash cycle. There are many options to choose from depending on what you are washing...so you can wash things the way you like. The spin cycle is a strong one, which means less drying time. The machines are quiet which is a nice bonus. I'm very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a stackable washer and dryer and the LG Washtower was recommended to me. It turned out to be the perfect size for my small laundry room. But despite its small size its still a full capacity washer and dryer packed with great features including customizable run cycles and other presets that be easily downloaded from the app. And got my sister convinced and they will be buying one as well.

This space saving, quiet, efficient washer and dryer is the best unit I’ve ever purchased! It’s amazing to get excited about doing laundry! I use the delicate cycle and love the options of more or less on the type of spin options offered. The bedding setting is also great at handling a king size blanket and almost wringing it dry so dying time is reduced.

I’ve had this machine for just a few weeks but already love it!! It’s so user friendly and I love having the app that tells me how the shower is functioning! Bonus it’s absolutely gorgeous!! The first washing machine we have bought in the last 16 years and it’s so worth it!

I bought this for a condo renovation, mainly for its trim size, but both the washer and dryer have a large capacity, work very well and do not make a lot of noise when running. The controls are in the middle of the stack which is so convenient. It has taken me a little time to figure out how to adjust temperature, spin cycle, etc. with some of the preprogrammed features.

I bought my unit two months ago, I love the convenience of having a washer and dryer in one unit to clean my clothes. I like the settings, they're easy to set and the dryer setting matches the last load washed, you can also add extra dry time if needed. It has a setting for bedding, I love that I can wash all my bedspreads without having to go to an outside laundromat.

Pros: - Best laundry output, if you use the right cleaning agents, it delivers fantastic output - Space saver, height is optimal for average height humans - Very Quiet for a washing machine - Multiple laundry options that can be selected from LG thinq mobile app - Energy efficient, and laundry cycle insights are useful if you are environment conscious Cons: - ThinQ app has so much room to improve. V. difficult to setup, remote and wifi setup especially is flaky. But the feature is cool. Wish remote start is always enabled after initial setup - It would be great to modify predefined wash cycles to change attributes like soil or steam addition. Ex. there is a denim only wash cycle, but you cannot modify the soil as it can be medium Overall I recommend this to anyone who wants an outstanding washing tower with so many other perks

This a time and energy saver, with great cleaning results. I am still getting used to the new settings/options, so go back to instructions periodically. I love getting an alert through phone/watch of the cycle end status.

This tops the list for both. I love the speed wash option on this. It washes clean everytime. I’m so happy with LG that I’ve recommended it for my parents who just moved to a new home.
