[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the tower because my laundry room is small with little room to move around. The tower fits perfect. Also, the controls are conveniently located, especially for a short person. I would definitely recommend the LG Tower.

The thing is we had a stackable and I am only 5 foot I can’t reach a lot of the top buttons on the stackable‘s due to my height… But this product to put all the buttons in the middle and I don’t have to reach and go on my toes are used a stepstool anymore also I love that it seems when it’s done and all the settings the installation was great to as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the new washer/dryer for 2 months now and are impressed with how much the unit can hold compared to our previous side by side units. Now we have more room to add a new bigger laundry sink.

I bought this in December 2020 and have not been able to access the wifi, have had issues with water not draining, as well as the dryer not completely drying a load of laundry on the first run ( medium size loads ). I like the concept, but needs to function better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with this unit. It is very sleek and easy to use. The washer is efficient, runs quietly, and cleans your clothes very well. It washes small loads and larger items with ease. The dryer is also efficient and handles all types of clothes well. For installation, the dryer has the option to vent the dryer in the back or on it's side. We have a limited amount of space and having the option to side vent the dryer was a welcomed choice. We highly recommend this unit.

It has washed and dried at least 100 loads in that amount of time. It has done everything it was supposed to do, l was impressed with the machine’s ability to detect a load imbalance this is awesome, also I really like the addition of blue tooth, thanks guys for thinking ahead. Electronics for this tower set is exactly what is needed . Lg has definitely hit the mark with me. Believe it or not LG has definitely taken a load off my mind.( Pund intended). Wash Tower is 4 days old and serious problems have started. With every dryer use, lint spreads all over the door gasket as well as the back of the lint screen. Extremely difficult to remove from the rubber gasket. Also the washer motor makes a periodic repeated grinding sound.  What next?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not think a man could get excited about a machine, maybe a new gun, or truck. My kids insisted I get the tower because my wife (84, me 85) had to go down the basement to do washing. So the Tower came to my house. I have never been around a washing machine that works so silently, efficiently, and turns out clothes that are amazingly not only clean, but fluffy and soft like brand new. I am the boss of the wash day duty now and thrill to see how the pair work during the several cycles. The LG technology is just fantastic. I heartily recommend the product to any and all who want a space-age laundry marvel.

Looked at several different brands but most were too big for our space and had to be attached together or were too small for our needs. Found this product at the last store we looked at. It has been perfect for our needs. Does a great job and has several options to select from
