I've been living for the past 7 years with an all in one washer/dryer combo that was ventless and I can't believe I've been living a life like that. Loads were taking 3+ hours to complete. Luckily it finally gave out and I got the LG Washtower (VENTED) and it was the best decision I had ever made. My wife and I did 6 loads of laundry in a single day where as with the all in one ventless, that would not be possible ever. The Washtower has a huge capacity for both washer and dryer and the app that helps you keep track of maintenance is a Godsend. The machine also doesn't make much noise when in operation as my older one did. I highly recommend this machine to anyone in the market looking for a high quality machine.

It works well, is very quiet, and has saved us space in a small laundry room. My wife loves the mid-level controls as she’s short stature, and especially the usability of the controls. LG has made quite clear which cycles to us and how to select temperatures and intensity levels of both washer and dryer. Thank you for a well designed product! We hope it lasts our lifetimes.

The washer auto senses what needs to be done, for instance if its a light load requiring less time or heavy towels needing more. There are several options that can be adjusted if you want. The dryer does the same, and seems to dry clothes in less time. I like the little chime it plays at the end when done. Overall great machine!

I love how the washer and dryer are full size and compact at the same time. I found that pods do not work well in this machine so I switched back to powder detergent. I use a lot less detergent than I did in my previous washer and my clothes come out cleaner than before.

I bought the LG Washtower with Turbo Wash and Steam Dryer about a month ago. I previously had a LG front load (side by side) washer and dryer which I loved. This Washtower model even better. It’s quiet, quick, uses less water, and has AI technology and fabric sensors that take care of your clothing. I have limited space and replace an 15 year old apartment size stack unit. The tub was so small that only one sheet would fit per load. The washer had no water level setting and the dryer ran forever. The new Washtower is an amazing appliance. I would recommend to any size family from 1 to ???. My previous LG side by side model was much louder in the spin cycle and seemed to run for a long time. The Washtower makes laundry quick and easy. I’m very satisfied with the value and quality of the LG Washtower. It was money well spent.

My only complaint is the app that is used to control/communicate with the washer/drier combo. I can not get the app to even recognize my machines. So, it is essentially useless to me. That is disappointing, because one of the main advertisement points was the ability to use the app/technology on these machines. Other than that, I am satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set 3 months ago and regret the purchase. Heavily soiled loads take 2 1/2 hours to wash. Controls are preset, so you have to use their app to program any other options such as dry for 10 minutes. The dryer seal isn’t tight and condensation drips out of the front throughout the cycle. The chimes are lengthy and annoying and can’t be changed, only turned off.
