The energy efficiency is unreal and the wash and dry are smooth, quiet, and incredibly easy to use. I have recommended to all of my family and friends! This product is a must, and I will be returning to LG for my appliance needs.

I love that it is a full size washer and dryer that doesn’t take up a large amount of space. Also one of my favorites on this is that the controls for both the washer and dryer are easy to reach being in the middle of both units.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with this Single Unit LG WashTower with Center Control. I love the color, I love the performance, and I love that it doesn't take up a lot of space, but still has a large capacity. The center controls are easy to use for everyone in our family and it has all the great washing and drying features I look for including adjustable temp, spin, and soil level. I also love the extra rinse cycle, time dry, and energy saver mode. My only complaint is that I wish that I could adjust the time dry in increments of one minute versus the set amounts. Overall, I love the style and performance of this machine, as well as the extra laundry room space it provides without having to sacrifice capacity.

After more than 4 months, it has proven to be, exactly what we wanted. It is full sized, takes the space of a waher machine, is extremely quiet and washes and dries clothes much better than the old pair it replaced. I would recommend to anyone, whether space is an issue or not.

After converting a closet to our new laundry space, we needed a laundry unit that fit the small space and that worked well. This is a modern laundry unit with the controls located in the middle that make it perfect for the space and to use. It’s also wifi capable and can alert you when loads are done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first L.G. washer and dryer tower. Replacing a stacked LG washing machine and dryer! So we are familiar with it's operation. But the tower is so much more functional. From having the controls in the middle. Wife doesn't need a step to reach the top dryer controls. The WiFi connectivity, the LG ThinQ app. That sends notifications about how much time is left. The selected settings. That allows you to pause and change them, WITHOUT having to go back to the machines. Ours are located on the first floor, of a three level home! Is SUPER convenient.... Just love that.

Plus, we can tell the difference in quality compared to those we replaced. Quiet, efficient, attractive and gets the job done while minimizing wear on our clothes. We really love the combo, so easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had mine for about 2wks and I am in love. The instructions on how to operate are easy to follow and I love the center touch control panel. It's easy to put the laundry detergent and fabric softener in the drawer and to load the clothes which come out fantastic. This is my first front loader and it's wonderful not having to deal with clothes twisted and wrapped around the agitator. My unit is in my garage but it is so good looking that I actually wish it was in my home. Do not hesitate to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely haven't ever been this excited to have an appliance delivered before. As they wheeled it into our backyard and into our laundry room I felt like a kid on Christmas. This is one of the first "next gen" appliances for us, and a major upgrade over our previous washer and dryer. The first thing I noticed is they got the heights right. The dryer is convenient to put things in and out of without feeling like you have to reach up, and the washer is at an easy to reach height as well. As we did our first dozen loads of laundry, it was obvious that this washer and dryer unit was laundry-life-changing. One of the big upgrades on the washer side is that it leaves much less water in what I would call the seal channel of the door area. It seems like it does a great job of getting all the water out. You can also see this when you take your clothes out after a spin cycle, and they are nearly dry already. I think this plays to the efficiency of the appliance as well. Also, the control panel is very easy to use, and I really like that you can turn on the panel for the washer and dryer separately. The regular wash cycle is fast, and it's actually close to what the timer says. On our old washer, if it said 50 minutes, it was probably closer to 70. This washed a regular load in under 40 minutes. Once the wash is done, you put them in the dryer and your settings carry over. Were you washing on blanket settings? It knows it, and puts itself on the correct setting - pretty amazing. There's also a plethora of customizations that can be made to both washing and drying. The tech features are awesome, but also easy to use. The AI is built-in, so there's not need to mess with any settings. It takes the guesswork out of doing the laundry. The dryer also has a cool wrinkle care feature, so that if you leave your clothes in the dryer for a while, it will lightly tumble them occasionally, so they don't wrinkle. I like that because I am notorious for doing so! The lit inner drums of both the washer and dryer make it really easy to see. I've never seen an effective light inside a dryer until now! My one concern, moving from a side by side to a stackable was the potential vibration. I set it up without the wall anchors initially to see how it would do, and I was really surprised. Blankets, towels, really anything we throw at it, there is no vibration, no movement, nothing. This machine is super quiet, and really stable. I would say this is the perfect washer and dryer if you have a baby, and limited space. There's almost no extra noise from it, no typical rush of water sound, not banging around of a loose drum, nothing. It's really amazing how quiet it is.
