We could have used side by side units but by going with the tower we freed up space in the utility room using the otherwise wasted vertical space. The unit is incredibly quiet. We can't hear anything when the utility room door is closed even in the hallway right outside it. The tower does a fine job of washing and drying. Overall this is a great product based on a few weeks of use.

Replacing an old top loading W/D set with the center control panel washtower has been great! No stool needed to reach the top controls as with other brands. It's very quiet and efficient at cleaning and drying all our household washables. Easy to press touch control panel.

Only one thing I would like to complain about is, the dryer wasn't powerful enough to make the clothes dry up in only one load.

I bought this a few weeks ago and it is exactly what I needed for my laundry room/mud room redo. The unit has given me enough room to put a bench with a shoe caddie in the same room. The washer and drier combo clean my husband’s work clothes better than our last machines. The plus I didn’t realize is that I am using significantly less water per month and that makes my water bill considerably less. Glad I made this purchase.

I don't use the wifi features because I have no need to. I only wish the interior lights stayed on long enough to remove all the clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the supply side issues I was only able to get the tower immediately since by 13 yr old washer died Although I did not need the space saving provided by the tower I will create a new laundry area in my garage. I am only 5 ft tall so I appreciate the controls in the center and yes I can reach the dryer The washer is a little lower than I like but I am adjusting to the lack of pedestals. After a quick research I was set on LG for my new washer and dryer. The dryer is amazing, truly fast. The washer I am still looking for the best setting but it does get the clothes clean. The quick wash is great for cleaning up after mtg foster puppies. Overall the price good and I have spoken to LG customer service and they went out of their way to be helpful.

Having a stacked laundry tier gives me more counter space to fold clothes. I can reach the washer and dryer-no problem. Energy efficient too! I would highly recommend, especially for small spaces. Full size capacity, just vertical. You won't be sorry!

Easy to use the basic features, but still havent figured out the more advanced features like steam care, guess i need to read the manual for that. Would definitely purchase again and very happy i purchased this over a 2 piece stackable

Clothes are definitely cleaner with less wear and tear on fabric . Highly recommend this unit and looks great too.

I ended up with a superior product that is so energy efficient and easy to reach touch screen for washing and drying.
