[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very satisfied with my LG Washtower so far. It has features on it that I am still learning how to use. We went for so long without a washer and dryer (12 years) that this feels more like a luxury than anything. So far it's been amazing.

After converting a closet to our new laundry space, we needed a laundry unit that fit the small space and that worked well. This is a modern laundry unit with the controls located in the middle that make it perfect for the space and to use. It’s also wifi capable and can alert you when loads are done.

I was looking at a less expensive stackable unit, with top load washer, but am so glad that I spent more and got this unit. It has so many features and for being a unit that fits a smaller space, it has great capacity! I am very happy with it!!!

In spring 2022, I bought a Frigidaire single unit washer/dryer because the house I purchased in 2012 came with an earlier model. I was happy with that one so when it was time to replace it, I chose the latest Frigidaire unit, I was unhappy from day one. In fact the first one delivered was defective and replaced. I finally concluded that the engineering on that unit was done by people who don’t do laundry. A local appliance store recommended the LG. I really wanted to buy American but based on the store’s recommendation, I got the LG, partly because the controls were sensibly positioned for a short person. I thought I preferred the Frigidaire top loader because it gave me a place to fold clothes but I’ve adapted to the front loader and prefer it now, especially the more measured use of water. And I like the fabric softener dispense which the other didn’t have. My only criticism is that I don’t think I’m able to select the water temperature for the rinse cycle. It appears to use the same temp as the wash cycle. This LG unit is far superior to the former unit that it is hard to find words to compare. I’m so glad I switched to LG.

One thing both my husband and I noticed is that the washer doesn't rock and roll when on the spin cycle and the clothes come out not soaked when we put them in the dryer. I don't usually write these reviews until I've had a product for some time to see how well a product stands up to multiple use, but this Wash Tower is such a great piece of equipment I feel like I have to say something. The space saving alone makes this unit worth the purchase, but it goes beyond that. The performance is top notch, and the features are exceptional. The fact that the dryer and washer capacities are as large as the individual units I was originally planning to buy blows my mind. My laundry room is pretty small, and this unit allowed me too really add other convenience features such as a table and shelving.

Not only does it clean great, the cycle finish alarms are not obnoxious, the steam feature works great, noise level is great as it is installed inside our office. Will definitely consider purchasing again!

From small wash loads to large bedding loads, the washer and dryer can handle it all without taking up much space! Perfect for small closets in older homes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. We needed a combo unit to fit in a tight space for an addition we added and this fit the bill. The center controls are great (especially for my 5'-3" mother). Both the washer and dryer have a good capacity much better than the typical stacked units. I really like the steam drying function.
