[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our tower for over a month. It looks amazing. I love having the controls all in the middle. I am though with a few things. 1. The light doesn’t come on automatically when you open the door. 2. A major problem with the app which would allow me to download an additional type of load. I am totally frustrated with this! You can NOT adjust the water temp on the loads that are pre programmed . WHY? That’s just dumb! Quite often I just want to put my throw rugs in the dryer on air to fluff . There is NO air only cycle!! 3. If I use the dryer cycle on something besides VERY dry the clothes are really too damp. If I try to put them back in the dryer thinks they are dry and it won’t go again. I miss my last set! Would not recommend this again.

We have a 30 year old laundry room that could not handle the size of the new washers and dryers and allow us to close the door. This allows us more floor space to put in a storage rack. Highly recommend the LG tower!!

The space savings is great and having full sized washer and dryer that saves space in my laundry room is fantastic! They both work very well cleaning and drying my clothing/ bedding. I bought this a few months ago for my new place. I do not have a laundry room so I wanted to make the laundry area look nice. I have 2 little kids so I have done MANY loads of laundry in the short time I have had it. So far I love it. I have had 2 issues with it so far. A dent on the side of the dryer which the drum would hit when running its cycle. Fairly easy fix, just took the top off and knocked the dent out. The other issue was I washed a throw pillow and at some point in the cycle the zipper got caught and destroyed the rubber seal. I had a hard time finding the part on my own(which is my only compliant). I scheduled a repair and that was quick and easy and the guy that came to help was awesome! It has fancy features but inside it's still a normal washer dryer that can be worked on/fixed when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about a month ago. I had to buy a new washer/dryer set and to make best use of the space, we stack them. I really like that it is more compact and all the buttons are in the middle of the unit - no more reaching! Having both doors open to the left makes it easier to use in the closet. I didn't think the steam feature was necessary and wasn't even looking for that feature. Little did I know how nice the steam feature is. I would definitely purchase this unit again.

Not only does it have a full size drum, but the thin profile fits in the space we have with plenty of room and actually adds to the aesthetic of the room! I never thought that a washer and dryer could look sexy! The features are what have really sold me on the stackable ThinQ washer and dryer. I love how the dryer automatically knows what settings to use based on the load that the washer just cleaned. Things like that are the features that actually provide value and improve daily life.

I bought the LG Washtower with Turbo Wash and Steam Dryer about a month ago. I previously had a LG front load (side by side) washer and dryer which I loved. This Washtower model even better. It’s quiet, quick, uses less water, and has AI technology and fabric sensors that take care of your clothing. I have limited space and replace an 15 year old apartment size stack unit. The tub was so small that only one sheet would fit per load. The washer had no water level setting and the dryer ran forever. The new Washtower is an amazing appliance. I would recommend to any size family from 1 to ???. My previous LG side by side model was much louder in the spin cycle and seemed to run for a long time. The Washtower makes laundry quick and easy. I’m very satisfied with the value and quality of the LG Washtower. It was money well spent.
