Had the wash tower installed several weeks ago, so far love this unit. Great space saving being a stacked unit, both washer and dryer are very quiet and function as expected with all of the various cycles needed for household laundry needs, design is great and looks very high end after the installation. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Renovated the old laundry room and designed everything to accommodate the WashTower. The sleek design and size of this unit was single factor that made our new laundry room / bathroom beautiful and a functional addition to our home. The WashTower is extremely user friendly. Controls and height of doors make for easy access. Water usage is way less than conventional washer and the drying time is faster and pre determined. So many great functions to this unit. Very quiet and extremely well balanced. The WashTower when in place looks more like a piece of furniture and not just an ole washer dryer.

Unfortunately when I was installing it I had to “push” the machine from the front to get it closer to the wall. I had my hands on the corner of the machine rather than the front but on one side the stainless panel received a stress dent. I’m a little disappointed the corners aren’t a little more reinforced.

My only gripe is that I kind of miss physical buttons, since the entire interface is capacative touch, and sometimes I have soap on my hands when I need to run the laundry. Note: I had an absolutely horrible experience with the appliance installers, but I don't blame that on LG.

I was so excited to find this set. It is slim and so convenient. It fits so well that we actually have room to add shelves in the area next to it. The quality of this set is great and it works so well. It even hooks up to your phone, which I have not done yet but plan to. Love this set and highly recommend it.

I bought a new house and wanted NEW everything…new washer and dryer, dishwasher, dishes lol..you get it…anyway I wasn’t sure of what I wanted until I saw it standing in the midst of the rest so tall and regal…I fell in love and now I’m using which is the best part…thank LG…just bought a brand new 65” inch flat screen for the basement too!!! Already washed some silk pillow cases that my former washer could not get clean and with this washer they came out looking NEW and this was using the same detergent. Truly beautiful set! Excellent Laundry Manual included. Be sure to read before you use the tower.

We went to a parade of homes and we saw the wash tower for the first time and knew exactly what to do. The price was right and we live the way it looks and operates. It is very quiet and does not vibrate with both washer and dryer operating.
