My new washer dryer tower was delivered a couple of weeks ago and I am very pleased with how it works. I wanted stackable‘s due to the location where they needed to be; however I did not want to have to stand on a footstool to reach the controls for the dryer. The tower combination is so great because all of the controls are right in the middle between the two machines. I also love the sanitizing feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG Black Steel WashTower Laundry Center is a state-of-the-art system that conserves space while giving the capacity to get through big washing job with ease. It has a sleek contemporary design which adds style and advanced technology to ease tedious laundry tasks. It is not difficult to set up if you have experience with basic tools. My unit came with everything I needed to set it up. With that said, I love the large capacity of the washer and dryer. The smart features combine remote operation and observation saves time, reduces the need to figure out the best settings for water and energy savings. It has a built-in sensor that customize cycles taking out the guess work by detecting fabric texture and load size, then automatically selects the right wash/dry motions, temperatures and more for advanced fabric care. I love the dryer feature which will allow periodic tumbling after the drying is complete to avoid wrinkles up to three hours if you forget to unload the dryer. The TurboSteam function prevents wrinkles while removing allergens and disinfecting your loads. The washer has Five powerful jets which spray clothes from multiple angles improving the removal of dirt from your laundry and reducing the time needed to wash. The turbo spin feature removes large amounts of moister from the load prior to drying saving ware on the dryer and conserving energy. Further, the tempered glass doors reduce damage that can occur through shock preserving the beauty of the appliance. The machine can connect to your Wi-Fi. The app is easy to use and can alerts you when filter and vent duct cleaning is needed, which is really nice! It also has a SpeedWash cycle which gets small lightly soiled loads refreshed in just 15 minutes. This appliance has all the features and more to get your laundry done right, fast, save resources while being built to last for years. I would highly recommend this appliance and cannot think of anything LG did not think of in designing this appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this unit for a month and are extremely pleased with it's performance. Operation is quiet and efficient. Our clothes are cleaner, and require less time in the dryer, which also functions quietly and effectively. Two new features are especially fine: the steam feature in both the washer and dryer and the intermittent spin setting for tossing the clothes well past the finish point so they don't wrinkle. Design is sleek and modern. We are well satisfied with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the LG washer tower in order to make space for the 2nd refrigerator. Its been 2 months of heavy use and its working great. Its really surprising the way amount of lint reduced magically for every load than our last dryer. It does its work silently and remove all the stains. I like how you can download different wash cycles, the only thing is you can only use one downloaded cycle at a time. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded our W/D to this LG tower a few weeks ago and I’m in love. I didn’t realize how outdated my current ones were until I got this. I can wash and dry my delicates without worry about the affect on fabric. Stains disappear. And it’s so quiet you can’t hear it until the lovely chime goes off telling you the cycle is complete! On top of that we saved so much space by going to a tower vs separate units. We now have room to build out a laundry station. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trim, nice looking, effective unit. It’s fairly quiet and uses MUCH less water than our older unit. Only minor issues are that the steam function on the wash makes the cycle excessively long (and doesn’t seem to sanitize as ideally as hoped) and the “Energy Saver” functions on the dryer don’t get things as perfectly dry as the usual settings (maybe that’s a common thing w/ that - a bit less energy/heat = a bit less dry…). Would for sure recommend though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Washer/Dryer Tower for about 3 weeks and really like them. It is nice having one on top of the other. It makes it much easier to move laundry from the bottom to the top. And these don't stick so far out into the room. It is clean looking with the black glass digital control bar. I like that the washer doesn't tie sleeves and pant legs into a huge knot. AND it is quiet. When we remodel and move to the hall next to the bedroom, I know we will appreciate that aspect. Is it perfect? The lint removal in the dryer leaves the door's seal covered in line and while lint is mostly concentrated on the lint screen, it seems there is lint accumulated other places as well. I am quite surprised the washer did not come with a Permanent Press cycle. And I would like be able to download more than one additional program. As someone with a large furry dog and a cat, I would like it if the washer also had a lint catcher. I had a washer that did that once, a long time ago, and it was the greatest feature. Haven't found any brand of washer that has that feature since then. We are remodeling our laundry area, so no photos yet, because it isn't done. The instruction manual could be improved. There is no index for every feature, and some features are addressed in 2 - 3 different areas of the manual, so when you try to look them up, you don't find all the ins and outs of that feature in one spot.

This unit uses less space than our previous side by side washer and dryer. It cleans better as well. It looks better in the laundry room space. I am looking forward to our electricity bill to see if it is more efficient than our previous side by side.
