[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the LG WashTower for a month and washed 5 loads but so far I am happy with my purchase. I and still noodling on the fact that this washer and dryer is ONE machine, meaning if one or the other stops working I will have no option but to purchase both. I feel confident that I would most likely buy as a pair anyway but that is with the anticipation that it would a number of years down the road. The features are plentiful and nice to have but I do find the machine to be much louder than anticipated. I'm not sure why that is but it was a bit unsettling at first, making me think something was wrong. So far, nothing has proven to be wrong so it's obviously, just loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this set in February for my laundry room remodel, smaller room and this washtower option is perfect for space saving without sacrificing load capabilities! Plus I’m rather short stature at 4’10” and I can use this without a step stool! Not possible with stacking regular units- so this made my life functional and easier. Plus amazing settings that clean great, uses less water, easy access clean out, reminds about tub cleanings, app capable, and looks so sleek in black stainless! Honestly this is now my favorite appliance, makes laundry so easy!

I can select the wash temp I want and the extra rinse and pre-wash are so very convenient. The Dryer is to die for. My pants don't need ironing. My clothes are not over dried and are ready to fold with no lingering wrinkles. I love the height and reachability of these machines. . I am not super short, but neither am I 6 ft tall. I can read the settings with ease - A big plus for me as I have vision issues. The icons are large and its almost intuitive. The only issue that I have is that I would love to set them up on my wifi and phone but the documentation on doing so is space on the printed documents. This is solvable and I can figure it our. Great design. Great Machines. Thank you for continuing to make good products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our new washer/dryer a couple of weeks ago, and we've been enjoying all the bells and whistles that come with this combo. First off, both machines are so very quiet, and the notification sounds are so much more pleasing on the ear. Our clothes come out feeling so fresh and clean. We are also enjoying the smart features on both machines. Only thing to emphasize to anyone new to this washing machine - you need to hold the start button down for 3 seconds for it to get going - something we weren't used to in the beginning, but we learned our lesson!

I love that it weighs the clothes and between that and the settings you pick it tells you how long that cycle will be so things don't get wrinkled sitting there.

I recently purchased the lg washtower in the nature green color. Have used it for a month now and can fully give it a review. The features are amazing but need some time to get use to downloading wash cycles through the app onto the washer and dryer. Love it just wish I can change soil settings on the app as well.

The number of programmable wash/dry cycles are impressive, it is quiet enough to not wake our baby, the large drum size can accommodate larger items, and I can confidently know my laundry is hypoallergenically clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bottomline: A nice improvement over our top loading stand-alone units. When we relocated to a smaller home we purchased a ‘top tier’ set of laundry equipment. These were the typical configuration: stand-alone washer and drier. Two and a half years in, these were proving to be problematic. The washer had required a service call, and the drier had developed a periodic annoying rattle. After a lot of research we decided to cut our losses and replace them with this LG laundry center. We liked the smaller footprint as it would free up space in a small laundry room, and saw that having a front loading washer would offer some benefits: the existing washer was a top loader and the tub was very deep. Removing wet laundry was challenging at times; better energy efficiency, reducing water usage, and better spin drying performance. Having now run about 15 loads through the LG laundry center we are happy to report that it has exceeded expectations. It is easy to load and unload. Washed items are just damp after the spin cycle and dry quickly. We expect this to have a positive effect on water and energy usage. The controls are readily accessible, a very nice difference from other stacked units.

That's what happened to me, but the story ends WELL. I went on line and read reviews and landed on this very unique LG single unit washer/dryer - perfect for anyone, and especially for me in a Condominium with limited laundy space. The product was available for immediate installation - and I have been using it non stop. Not only is it ATTRACTIVE - it is so efficient and effective and SMART! It knows exactly how big the load is and adjusts washing and drying time accordingly. The controls are accessible in every way - and easy to use. I really love this unit. I recommend it with the highest level of confidence ad satisfaction.
