[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stack Nov. 9 of last year and my wife and I really love it. It has a larger capacity than our old stack and it has a shorter depth, more space in the laundry room. The only complaint I have is the control panel is not low vision friendly. If this was better I would have given 5 stars.

It is THE ONLY stacked combo we could find that has the controls for both the washer and the dryer in the center for easy access. Thank you, LG designers and engineers!!! All the other models we saw have the dryer controls on top of the stack, way beyond my reach. PLUS the controls are clear and easy to understand. AND it's quiet. AND the drums are as big as our old side-by-side washer and dryer. AND it sings a cheerful tune instead of ending a cycle with an annoying buzzer. Overall an excellent product.

I wish to buy this WashTower with very good average rating. I have owned another LG appliance for over 10 years so I am a satisfied LG customer. But this WashTower is not deigned to reverse the doors to open on the left instead as designed on the right side. While I am still in the market for a stacked washer and dryer - I hope soon LG can redesign their WashTower with reversible doors.

I have now had the tower for 1 year. I love my tower. The capacity is great. My husband wears uniforms that are not only dirty, but also stinky. My machine handles this situation with ease. I love the steam use for sanitizing my laundry that needs it. My sheets and towels after illness is a prime example. The controls being in the middle of the tower is perfect for us vertically challenged individuals. I would not hesitate to recommend this machine to anyone.

No matter how little laundry detergent you put in the machine randomly determines there are too many suds and the load continues forever until the machine randomly determines there are no suds. The worst feature ever is when the stupid machine displays "SUD" and then runs for fully another hour. The worst part is that I'm using HE detergent and I'm filling it WELL below the max fill line...literally using only two tablespoons of detergent. I hate that the machine holds my laundry hostage because it WRONGLY believes that there are too many suds. This is the worst machine I've ever purchased. I hate it with a passion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago to slim down the limited resources in my laundry room. First, it’s beautiful. Second, it’s quiet. Third, it’s efficient and works like a charm. I just love love love it! I love all the different wash and dry types, I love the downloadable types. I love it all. This is how all laundry should be! And it washes about the same size as my full size unit. Highly recommend.

From the quiet operation, to the integrated app with specialty settings and the AI that hasn't once left a load to wet or not clean enough. Everything about this unit is A+++

Purchased 7/2021 and has been trouble free. Several issues I have are with electronic controls. 1. when wash completes the well drained items are STUCK to the drum, a simple end of cycle tumble for several minutes would leave all items available at bottom of drum instead of having to extricate much from sides. 2. Ease of wash/dry modifications is wack-o you can choose some programs, but they are not completely tailorable to my needs and often lock out areas (Hot, Cold, Spin, Temp etc.) outside of pre-sets. You must find your way through download-able menus that also have odd limits to tailoring a desired wash or dry. Likely program written by non users. Wifi unstable and frustrating to reenable after disrupted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer dryer combo is great in the sense of not having the buttons on top like most stacked washer and dryer combos. It dries and washes just fine. However the monthly cleaning of the filter in the washer is a bit of a pain, first time I have had to do that in a washer.

We've had our tower for about 18 months. It cannot spin water out of a medium sized comforter. Then we washed a sleeping bag, same thing. Tried to wash 2 winter jackets, same thing. If you only plan on washing regular clothes or a set of sheets, then this will work for you. Otherwise pass it up
