[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a washer Dryer that would fit in my space. One great feature for me is the location of the washer/dryer controls. Stacked machines make the dryer controls over my head. The machine is quiet, the notification sounds pleasant. Easy to use. And it is really a gorgeous appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we love our new Wash Tower. We were able to add a stand up freezer to our laundry room. It cleans and dries great. I haven't figured out the up loadable feature yet but look forward to creating my own cycles. The only issue I have is it can be a bit noisier then my previous washer but it's not too bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new washer and dryer a month and I love it. I feel like I have joined the real world. I love the center located controls which are all push button. The front load washer and dryer close quietly and operate very quietly. After an initial issue with a clogged vent (which the dryer told me about via the error message!) we are up and running again.

We selected the in home delivery option and needed to have the product delivered to the third floor. There was nowhere to specify delivery location during initial shipping. When the crew showed up they said they needed a 4 man crew to get the washer up the stairs. It's been 5 weeks and we haven't been able to get the delivery crew to get the washer to the third floor. LG support was useless in assisting us and referred us the delivery partner, the delivery partner support has been horrible. Right now the machine is useless taking up space unplugged in the downstairs entry, thus 1 star.

Looks nice and saves space but works very poorly. Does not wash clothes properly and don't even try to add anything extra like laundry sanitizer or anything it will stop half way through the wash to throw a code up about suds.Have to wash a load of towels with the bare minimum laundry soap or this happens every time. Which you have to basically run the cycle again with NO soap at all. Constantly get the dryer lint code when drying clothes even though we clean the lint screen after every use. Just a big waste of money. Haven't even had this set a year and already looking into replacing it with a different brand.

Having all the different settings is great and I especially like that it uses less detergent and gets our clothes just as clean if not better. Great appliance....very pleased!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit about 9 months ago and absolutely love it. We've always wanted stacking front loaders, but my wife being 5'0" always had issues reaching the dryer controls on top (most of which are actually angled up some (as they're designed to be sid by sides). When our old washer took a crap last year we stumbled upon this unit that seems to solve this issue. The first (As far as I'm aware) truly designed to be a vertically oriented washer/dryer - with controls in the middle!!! Overall wash/dry quality is excellent. I like the features of the app and that settings auto set to the dryer from your wash cycle - super smart! My only minor complaints are that the dryer accumulates sand/dusty stuff on the door and front of the unit. We've got kids - kids are dirty - this gunk ends up falling on the floor when we open the dryer. Second - the silicone gasket/seal on the washer is already molding some. In my search there were a few newer front loaders that integrate a fan to their washer to specifically dry the gasket. It was a feature I would've really appreciated on this unit. It's annoying to have to leave the door open so the gasket can dry and not mold. I'm worried about having to replace this at some point soon (likely not very cheap). Other than those two issues this unit is fantastic and I'd still highly recommend it to anyone.

I love the wifi connectivity through ThinQ. Great looks. Easy access to controls as the dryer controls are reachable and not 6 feet above ground!

No mechanical buttons or knobs Easy to use features. This product comes with wireless connectivity which I can't see myself ever using but other wise I have no other complains.

It works great using less water than my older washer. it handles loads of all sizes and quietly. Love the dry Steam cycle! I really am enjoying using my LG Laundry Center.
