After putting together the heater (which parts were packaged perfectly for) we fired it up and it worked perfectly! We bought two of these for our backyard concerts and they were winners!

I bought two of these and gave them to my sons as a Christmas gift. They both loved them. The table is nice for setting drinks on while standing around talking on cold days/nights. Stayed nice and toasty. Highly recommend.

A great heater for small spaces, parties, and family get togethers! Keeps this one warm easily, and that is truly saying something. Quiet when working but puts out enough heat to warm up my patio area (500 sq ft) under my awning.

The Member's Mark Bronze Patio Heater looks beautiful and puts out good heat. I love the lighted table on it. It was easy to put together with well marked parts and instructions. It was also a great bargain at $119!

Love this heater. It's very elegant looking on our patio and it radiates heat out at least a 5-6 foot radius. It has a nice little lighted table to set things on as well. Would highly recommend,.

January of 24. I purchased one of these. it worked until the summer and then it was stored. in January of 25. it failed and I bought a second one... here I am in December of 25 and this second one has failed... stay away.. Sam's does not refund even if you're unhappy with the broken unit you've purchased twice.

I bought one and used it for about 15 minutes and loved it. It gave a nice heat all around and I was really impressed. So I bought a 2nd one. Only this time, I used it during a evening with friends and both gave 10-15 minutes of heat, off a full tank, only 16 minutes in, the flames on both kept getting smaller and smaller and you had to put your hands 6 inches from the screen to feel the heat. I was puzzled and looked at the tanks, but both of them were frozen to the top so not producing gas fast enough to be effective. I tried again the next day, only turned the heat down instead of Max. It worked, but much less range was covered and if you weren't right next to it, it was useless. After 15 minutes, the flames started going down again. So I went and bought a brand new tank, thinking it was the exchange bottles that were the problem. I bought a really nice tank new, had it filled... Only to have the exact same issue. So I contacted Sam's about support. They said someone would get with me in 2-5 days. Day 6, I called again, told the same thing... We are now over a month and can't get anyone to support it, tell me what I'm doing wrong, or even tell me that the device is only good for about 10 minutes of use... ANYTHING would be nice to know. The only way I got it to work for more than 10-15 minutes was using it on the lowest setting on a 72 degree day. It still froze up, but it took an hour. I really don't need a heater on a 72 degree day, so I guess they are going to the dump since I no longer have the boxes. Sadly when I bought the 2nd one, it was trash night and they all went the next morning before I learned that I'd have a problem after 15 minutes. If you need a heater on a hot day, these are for you! If it's something stupid I'm doing wrong, I wished there was support to tell me. But when I google/chatgpt it, they both point to an issue with the heater itself. So sadly, I just wasted $400 that I didn't have to waste.

Purchased this for our screened porch. It's the perfect size, generates a decent amount of heat and the bronze/brown finish looks nice. There was minor damage to the base once we unpacked it. It doesn't appear to be shipping damage since the box and packing was not damaged so I assume the damage came from the factory. Also one of the spacer bars on the top which separates the top shield from the heating element has a loose connection on it's base and wobbles. However, it all seems to work fine and the damage is not significant enough for me to want to pursue a return and then wait for another package to be shipped. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase but I do think the quality control component of the seller needs to beef up their operations since several people on this site have noted damage upon arrival.
