The warmth that radiants from this heater is amazing. We love to entertain and somehow even in 40 degree weather our guest find their way outside. This heater makes them warm and comfy. The lit table top is like a cherry on top!

We spend a lot of time out on our porch and sometimes we go out in quick, short, sprints. So we don’t leave the heat lamp on really long but it still does the job. Great immediate heat coverage. Our dogs even give this product the paws up!

They look very nice. We bought two of them . One for our daughter and family and one for our son and family.

Patio Heater hasn’t been taken out of the box yet. Purchased it when I did because the price was right. It was a marked down item.

Great item. Easy to assemble. Puts off just enough heat in our covered deck without causing damage concern.

This is a nice-looking heater which took approximately one hour to assemble. It gives off a lot of heat and is easily moved from place to place. The cover included is of no use as it does not fit the heater at all, thus the 4-star rating instead of 5.

I was very happy with the way it looked in my patio, the lighted table gives it a modern touch, and it does work very well…. However, two days after we put it together we had a little wind, nothing serious and it fell to the ground even with the tank in place. The upper part where the burner is located got dislodged. I was able to fix it, but the aluminum lid got destroyed. We tried to straighten it up, but now it looks all crooked. Haven’t used it after it fell because the weather got warmer, but I hope it still working.I had to secure it with a wire to one of the posts of my gazebo at the upper portion to prevent this to happen again. I wish it was more stable.

Sadly, I am returning this item. It works well (when it works). The ignite switch rarely worked. Very frustrating when it's cold outside and you keep clicking the "ignite" button and nothing happens.

I bought one and used it for about 15 minutes and loved it. It gave a nice heat all around and I was really impressed. So I bought a 2nd one. Only this time, I used it during a evening with friends and both gave 10-15 minutes of heat, off a full tank, only 16 minutes in, the flames on both kept getting smaller and smaller and you had to put your hands 6 inches from the screen to feel the heat. I was puzzled and looked at the tanks, but both of them were frozen to the top so not producing gas fast enough to be effective. I tried again the next day, only turned the heat down instead of Max. It worked, but much less range was covered and if you weren't right next to it, it was useless. After 15 minutes, the flames started going down again. So I went and bought a brand new tank, thinking it was the exchange bottles that were the problem. I bought a really nice tank new, had it filled... Only to have the exact same issue. So I contacted Sam's about support. They said someone would get with me in 2-5 days. Day 6, I called again, told the same thing... We are now over a month and can't get anyone to support it, tell me what I'm doing wrong, or even tell me that the device is only good for about 10 minutes of use... ANYTHING would be nice to know. The only way I got it to work for more than 10-15 minutes was using it on the lowest setting on a 72 degree day. It still froze up, but it took an hour. I really don't need a heater on a 72 degree day, so I guess they are going to the dump since I no longer have the boxes. Sadly when I bought the 2nd one, it was trash night and they all went the next morning before I learned that I'd have a problem after 15 minutes. If you need a heater on a hot day, these are for you! If it's something stupid I'm doing wrong, I wished there was support to tell me. But when I google/chatgpt it, they both point to an issue with the heater itself. So sadly, I just wasted $400 that I didn't have to waste.
